This place is absolutely awful. I have been in their store twice trying to get someone to take my money and install a flag pole at my house. Girl at the desk was rude and kept interrupting me to answer the phone. Since this place is really my only option, I’ll have to go without a flag pole.

Colonial flag gets five stars! We had a banner project we needed rest. We came out perfectly and it came out on time! And don’t forget — on budget.

Lots of kitschy, cutesy, crafty decorations. It’s not just flags, people.
I mostly go here to stock up at The British Pantry, a small section of this store. They have a good selection of British deliciousness, but only if you go at the end of the month. It’s not as good of a selection as The London Market, but it’s better than Pirate-O’s, and closer for those of us who live in the south end of the Salt Lake valley.
The staff is always very polite and helpful, and they usually give my 4 year old a free small American flag when we visit, so he loves this place.
