Dr. Randell is as good as them come. He went beyond the call of duty for saving my five year old’s tooth. Watching him work and how happy we all are to have our son have that front tooth longer is amazing.

Everything about this place was fine this review is based on their collections and payments. The day of my appointment I was told their would be no charge, they would just bill my insurance. Two months later they told me they weren’t able to collect from my insurance, and would I now be so kind as to pay and they could drop the bill from @350 to 158 since I wouldn’t have the benefit of insurance. I told them I wanted to first call my insurance company. The insurance company said it had been a clerical and they would resubmit for the entire amount. Now qbd has sent me a bill for $ 18, because insurance only paid $ 332. I got you almost twice what you would have received, and you’re still wasting my time for $ 18??? I won’t be using you again. Insurance is such a fraud.

I have been impressed with Quarry Dental. They have an affordable Dental Insurance plan for people without Dental Insurance. I found their staff to be friendly and efficient. Dr. Randall has excellent people skills, is very thorough, and is a great dentist. Prices are discussed upfront, which I appreciate. I would recommend Quarry Dental to anyone.

One of my best dental experiences ever! On the road and needed an emergency treatment, was treated with friendliness and professionalism from the phone call to the dentist. I have never been offered a mint or hot towel as I got up from the chair. Superb!

Quarry Bend Dental is an amazing office with amazing people! Dr. Randall and everyone who works with him are very nice and they truly care about the guests who come in to the office. They treat everyone as if they are treating a close family member or friend. I was amazed by the positive atmosphere and the calm feeling from the moment you walk in to when you leave. It is a very clean office and they give quality care! I would recommend this dental office to anyone! In fact I would insist you go there and see for yourself. I can promise a wonderful experience. I am fairly new to the state of Utah and had not found a dentist as yet. so I called Quarry Bend Dental after acquiring quite a tooth ache over the weekend… they were able to see me right away and fix the problem! Dr. Randal was very thorough and explained in detail everything that was being done. I also had my exam, xrays and checkup on the same day. The office is very nicely decorated and inviting and the staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dental home.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist!
SAVE YOURSELF I’M NOT KIDDING!
My dad is a dentist and I’ve always had excellent dental with him as well as with my regular dentist in Colorado however, I’m living in Utah now so I was shopping around for a new dentist.
They were worst than a time-​share presentation. They wanted to sell-​sell –sell.
They lied to me about the condition of my teeth and wanted to sell me a package (dental cleaning, night guard, filling… and the list goes on) that would cost me hundreds of dollars.
After I told them that I was not interested in purchasing what they were trying to sell me they told me that I was making the wrong decision and the higiniest went ahead with an 8 MINUTE CLEANING! I timed it because she told me that the cleaning she wanted to sell me lasted an hour and the one I was planning on getting would last 20 minutes only.
I was appalled by their lack of customer service and the fact that they had taken my decision not to buy what they were selling with such fury! My mouth hurts because they moved around my mouth without care.
I’m putting a formal complaint with the State Licensing Board.
The dentist is an inexperienced money hungry slob and his staff a group of uncaring sales people. I’ll NEVER STEP IN THEIR OFFICE AGAIN EVEN IF THEY PROVIDED THE SERVICE FREE OF CHARGE!
I never write reviews but I’m hoping this will save someone from a horrible experience. Stay away I promise you wont regret it!

Quarry Bend and their staff are the best! When I found out that Dr Randall was opening a practice close to me, it was a no-​brainer! I have known him for quite a while and I know the type of person that he is. I knew that he would be as good of a dentist as he is a person. Long story short, we stopped going to our dentist of 11 plus years and went to Quarry Bend. I am so glad that we did, My kids think that they are great even after having some teeth pulled and a root canal! I highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs.
