Overall I was highly impressed with the outcome of my visit. I had to get a quick trim with my newborn in tow at the last min.
Fortunately they were able to squeeze me in. My cut looks and feels awesome especially with the circumstance I put the stylist under. My little guy fussed a bit and she was so understanding and sweet. Sarah did an excellent job. I’ll be going back there again for sure!

My family and I have gone to All About the Image for several years and have never had a poor experience. Receptionists and hairdressers are both really nice people. I really like being able to make an appointment online as close as the night before. Admittedly, I don’t go for any major, complicated hairstyles, but I’ve never left unhappy. Their prices are definitely reasonable, too

Overall, a mediocre to bad experience. Walking up to the salon, I wasn’t even sure it was open because of the odd layout and poor lighting. The receptionist and hairdresser were pleasant enough and easy to converse with. However, it became obvious that my hairdresser was not comfortable doing a bob cut as we discussed it. I had to urge her to continue cutting on three separate occasions. After closer inspection upon leaving the salon, I realized that one side of my hair was slightly longer than the other. It wasn’t the worst haircut I’ve ever had, but that’s not saying much.

I called ahead and asked for a stylist that could do a «precision cut». The receptionist was helpful and thorough, even explaining that if I wanted a shampoo, cut and style the price would be different than just a cut, etc. I appreciate when salons are up-​front with their pricing!
When I arrived, I only waited a few minutes before being taken back by my stylist, Tasha. I had come prepared with a few pictures of the cut that I wanted and Tasha did a good style consult, even asking how much time I usually put into doing my hair, if I flat iron, and what products and color I use. Tasha was very friendly and upbeat. We had an easy and constant conversation.
When Tasha was done, she asked if I liked the cut, and did some extra shaping on the back where I was concerned about the way it was laying. After I was satisfied, she even went so far as to say that if I still wanted it shorter after I washed it the next day, to just walk in and she would do it, no charge.
Overall, great experience. Also, I really appreciate that they are kid friendly (both my boys get cuts here) and also offer a discounted cut for servicemen. Great place!

After seeing my hair cut after a few washes and realizing that this was the cut and I wasn’t having a bad hair week, I lowered my review. I won’t be going back! :(
