Limo #1
Issue #1 — This limo was supposed to be a 10 passenger vehicle, what the bridal party received was a 6 passenger limo (3 seats, 2 passengers each)
Issue #2 — The final drop point was the Hair/​Makeup vendor at 11AM, even though we had the limo until 12PM due to minimum commitment. Driver did not inform/​remind the bridal party to take their belongings/​dresses with them. This ended up being done in the middle of the hair/​makeup session an hour later
Limo #2
Issue #1 — The limo was pure black, not the tuxedo that we contracted for
Issue #2 — The driver went to the stops in the wrong order, causing everything else to be delayed by almost an hour
Issue #3 — While the grooms party was at their lunch stop for at least 2 hours, the driver was to return to the bridal party and deliver them to the ceremony location. What was supposed to be a 20 minute drive to pickup the bridal party ended up taking over an hour. The driver blamed traffic, even though none was observed via Waze
Issue #4 — The bride and bridal party considered the driver to be extremely rude, which he blamed on me pressuring him for updates/ETA’s
Issue #5 — The driver stopped responding to calls/​requests for ETA’s (I made two calls prior to this in an hour time frame)
Issue #6 — Since the grooms party was no longer getting updates and the wedding start time was approaching, we ended up taking taxi’s from our lunch location to the ceremony location. Low and behold, no traffic was encountered and we made it to the location in 20 minutes, which was 30 minutes prior to our start time, just barely enough time for the grooms party to change/​prepare
Limo #3
Issue #1 — The limo was a no show! We had it booked from 9PM until midnight so we can have our grand sendoff along with transportation for our bride/​groom parties to an after party. These plans ended up being scrapped causing great embarrassment to my bride and I
Issue #2 — Communicated with Josh, the first time I was told the limo was in route and would arrive in 10 minutes, after 20 minutes passed I contacted Josh again and was informed the Limo was at our hotel (Drop off/​final destination) by mistake and would be in route. The limo finally arrived an hour late.
Issue #3 — The limo was still a mess from the previous event they had booked (Dirty glasses & napkins) and did not contain any items from the package we purchased (Red Carpet, Just Married Signs or chilled champagne)
Issue #4 — The drivers GPS «went out» and the driver didn’t know how to get to our hotel (Wasn’t she just there based on my call to Josh?), so the bride/​groom ended up using their phone/​GPS to get her to the location
Issue #5 — The driver informed us that she was booked for a wedding prior to ours and informed the company that she would be unable to make it time for our event, knew this in advance but the company stated no other drivers were available and she had to make it work
Follow up with Josh was just as bad as he would only credit the cost of the third limo ($ 300 of $ 1200+ that we spent with this company)…I ended up disputing the remaining charges with my credit card company
In my opinion, This company is just a contractor who outsources work to individuals or other companies as all of the limos had their own company branding on their front license plates. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs, otherwise you could be left stranded on your big day just as we were… not just once, but twice!

The absolute worst limo company I’ve ever seen! Our wedding was a Saturday. They over booked our timeline and then the day before they realized that and we paid for a second limo to come get the bridal party and take them to run their errands on the day of. The driver was on time to pick up the bride from the hotel but he had no idea where he was going next, making the bride have to find the address of all the stops on the spot and tell him where to go each time. They were suppose to send both limos as a 10 seater but they really sent a 6 seater, leaving not much space to put the dress. The limo driver had no idea and didnt inform the bridal party that there was a time limit on the limo and he had to come back in the middle of getting hair and makeup done to drop off the bridal party’s stuff at the hair and makeup place.
The second limo that was suppose to pick up the ladies was 45 minutes late because it was «stuck in traffic.» which we later found out, there was no traffic going that direction. And the grooms party never got picked up and taken to the ceremony venue because the driver was so late in picking up the bridal party. Thank god that one of the grooms party’s friends happen to be at the lunch spot and was able to drive the guys to the ceremony so they wouldn’t be late.
The kicker is at the end of the night, we had another limo from 9pm-​12am to drive us around as an after party for the whole bridal party. We had to keep calling the limo company, and they told us that the limo was at the hotel. what? That limo finally showed up around 10:30pm. Our bridal party had just ended up leaving and our parents waited with us in embarrassment that we couldnt get the big send off we were suppose to have originally.
Just coming from another party and not equipped with the just married or champagne we had agreed to and paid for. It was actually dirty and had trash in it from the previous party that was in it before us. The locks and trunk even got stuck or didnt work correctly. She didnt know where going, and her GPS «wasnt working.» Apollo openly refuses any kind of refund & immediately charged our card without agreement.

Great service! Ride was waiting at the airport. Very professional. Ask for Bill Jones as your driver. After you tip the driver you still spend less than you would on a taxi, and its a much nicer experience.

Prompt, courteous, clean, and efficient. Prepaid with a credit card for a no-​hassle experience. I would never take a taxi to the airport again.
