Established in 1996.

I got my start at Walt Disney Travel Company. For seven years I learned from the best about the best. My experience grew to include many other vacation destinations, Destination Weddings, Cruises, Tours and soon many friends and family booked more of my time than my job. So… I opened a business. Best idea yet!

After working for Walt Disney Travel Company for 7 years I accepted the position of Manager at a local agency called Departures in Winter Park, FL. There I assisted in the implementation of the «Inter-​active Traveler», a program designed to embrace the internet with travelers inside an agency setting. Embracing new technology to exceed the customer service level of expectation is my mission.

I then opened After Hours Travel where I answered calls for local agencies during their «after hours». This developed a high level of trust to handle their calls and bring their business back to them.

Now I opened R n R Cruises & Tours were we have the philosophy of broadening the mind of the traveler by offering spectacular vacation spots that tantalize the senses with the balance of exciting, indulging, enriching, even tranquil experiences.

I credit my start and education to Walt Disney Travel Co. who taught me customer service excellence.
