McClain’s RV SuperStore

Contacted Dustin List in the body shop in June 2015 about replacing a damaged Class A Motorhome roof. He stated it would be no problem they did that kind of work all the time. So we decided to go to Texas and work for Amazon instead of going to Ky. We set up a Oct 5 arrival date to start working on the RV. The KOA is right behind McClain’s RV so we thought it would be convenient to stay there. Well after we arrived on Sept 28^th, Dustin came down and looked at our rig, stated the roof should be replaced and he would see if he could find parts. I had assumed he would have researched and found parts in the 4 months prior to our arrival. Because we were told he would be able to work on the RV in Oct we delayed our start date at Amazon 3 week so they would have full access to the RV. After Dustin found out that the roof panels needed were discontinued in 2013 he said he would give me an estimate to give to the ins company and he would fix a minor problem on the RV. Well the man lied to me 5 times about getting me the estimate. A month after we got here I finally went down and set in his office to get the estimate and then he set there and told (lied to) me for a 6^th time that he would come down today and fix the minor problem with the RV. that had now grown into a major problem. If this is an example of McClains customer service (or lack of) i will never have anything to do with them again!!!
