Looks like I should have read the reviews before I came all the way out to see the car that was apparently sold before I got there… Then the guy was trying to show me other cars that were stupid over priced save your time and don’t check this place out it should be out of business

Classic bait and switch operation.
I saw a car advertised on
. I emailed the dealer, (5 star auto on N. Harbor Dr. In Santa Ana.) to see if it was still available. Abby called me back. She said she was the receptionist and would verify that the car was there. After a brief hold, she said the car was still available. That was around 3:00. I told her that I would come see the car in the morning. She emailed me, called me and texted me to find out what time I would be there.
I got to the dealership at 10:00 the next morning. The salesperson knew nothing about the car and started showing me other cars. When I pressed him about the car I was interested in, he said that it wasn’t on the lot but he had others to show me. It seemed clear that they only told me that it was available to get me to come in. The car is still listed on

Never buying a car here again!!! WORST TIME CONSUMING EXPERIENCE EVER. I got my car in Feb 2015 and paid it off 2 months later. To this day i have not received my registration or title to my car. Ive been driving around with no license plates only the contract that i signed in the beginning. I even went in and gave them an additional $ 500 for the down payment because i thought i was going to need the lower payment. After i paid off the car they said they could get me the money back. I called multiple times a month and always had to leave a message and never got a call back. Also my car was missing the driver visor and they said they would order it and call me. Needless to say after no call backs i went in person a few months later. The guy who i think is the owner brushed me off right away and sent me to the girl that does the paperwork. I told her that they never call me back and that almost 4 months later i still did not have the visor i needed, she called the mechanic and told him. He rudely said «oh yeah, well you never came so if we still have it I’ll put it on if not then you have to wait again». I then told him that no one ever called me to tell me that i could come in so he could put it on, he said just «oh» and walked out. After waiting the girl who does the paperwork told me that everything was complete and that i would be receiving the registration and title within the next 2 weeks because the first time they ordered the title it got lost so they had to order another one. After not receiving anything almost 2 months later i called again the girl said she would call me back and let me know what was going on. The next day i got a call all she said was that they told her something was wrong with the title and they were working on it. So again needless to say it is now December and i STILL HAVE NOT received registration or title. I called the dmv and they said that the dealership never sent in missing paperwork that was needed and they didn’t even put my full name under the registered vehicle owner information. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

The worst place to buy a car they treat you like BS they are unprofessional the don’t know how to talk to people

5 star? More like 0 star. I applied online and was called and told I was approved. I went back and forth with them over the down payment and finally told I could come in with $ 1000 per the finance manager. When I got to the dealership they wanted over 3000. I had the text messages and communication to show I was told $ 1000. Of course, when I asked to speak to the finance manager and the dealership manager they were unavailable. This place is a joke, don’t waste your time. Of course now the employee I have been in contact with is not responding.

Terrible, terrible! As if car shopping is not stressful enough. I called regarding a vehicle on their website, the front office lady stated that the vehicle I was interested in as no longer available (although it is still, 2 weeks later, on their website!!) but they had another one, same make and model but newer year. I asked her «Are you sure it is a 2500, 4wd? That is what I am looking for and you are over an hour away from me.» She said, yes, it was definitely a 2500, 4wd. So we drive down there and NOPE! it is a 1500, not 4wd. On top of that the vehicle stunk, check engine light on, with trash in the vehicle. Are you kidding me!!! 2 hr drive and totally lied to just to get people to come in.
Stay away from this dealership!

This is the worst dealership ive ever visited i was looking at a car i liked and it smelled like cigarettes inside and wasnt clean and the battery was dead, the salesperson that came up to me was very unprofessional, i regret coming there, he said i would have to put 2500 down and my payments would be 450, are u effin kidding me, ive bought a new car at a big dealer with nothing down and lower monthly payments, this place is absolutely horrible

One star is too much for this place. Where do I even begin?
I was going car shopping with my parents (1^st car!), so this was one of the many dealerships we visited.
The people:
The sales guy was aggressive; the owner and his son were a**holes. The son literally walked out of the office when we were initially estimating payments on the car I later chose (but initially declined) mumbling that we were wasting his time. EXCUSE ME?! (the sales guy chased us and showed us 2^nd Chrysler: the one I chose) We later came back because that seemed like the best car option out of all the dealerships we went to, even if we didn’t like the people.
Now for the cars:
I had fallen in love with a dark red 2013 Chrysler 200 and the sales guy said he could give us a discount on, on top of $ 12,900. He started back tracking that he «got confused» and showed me another 2013 Chrysler 200 that was «worth $ 14,500» but he could give it to us for $ 13,500. The owner said that new cars of that same type are over $ 20k. Well, it’s not new, but the mileage is relatively low, so whatever.
I really liked the 2^nd Chrysler too, so I decided to take it for a test drive. The mileage was about 10k more than the dark red one. During the test drive, the check engine light came up, and I mentioned it to the sales guy. He said he’d take it to Chrysler to get it fixed since it’s still under warranty, and it’d be «good to go tomorrow.» I go ahead and put a down payment. They kept playing the «it’ll be ready tomorrow for sure» card; it was a very frustrating following week.
The website:
They have a website showing the cars they have «in stock.» I put that in quotations because they still have MY car listed as for sale and I originally purchased it 2 – 3 weeks ago (and I know they’ve updated the website since then since they used to have St. Patrick’s Day frames and now they have Easter frames).
Anyway, a few days after checking the website I wanted to see if they still had my car listed for sale, and they did. $ 500 cheaper than what I got it for. I go the next day and bring it to owner’s son’s attention since owner wasn’t there. He makes a call, speaking in a different language. He had first stated that if it is my car listed for cheaper, he’d do a price adjustment. He then said it was just a mistake and that «people make mistakes» blah blah blah. He changed the listed price to $ 14,500 then printed the screen shot and had my parents sign it. He said he couldn’t do anything about the price adjustment after all. And I quote, «you are 100% right, but I can’t do anything about it,» like I’m sure he would if he could, right? We argued back and forth for a while and we just gave up because we had to leave.
Finally, about 5 days after purchasing it, it’s ready to go home. They give it to me with no gas. The check engine light came back on several days later. I took it to another Chrysler dealership a week ago. I got a call earlier today saying it was ready for pickup, so I go. It’s all fun and games till I’m halfway home and THE LIGHT COMES BACK ON. I’m still using a rental (a 2014 Dodge Charger, woo!).
To summarize: sketchy place, rude people (until they see money).
Don’t make the mistake I made.
