I could not be more pleased with their customer service and workmanship! I brought in our large Delsey Bag with a missing rear wheel. I was out the door within 20-​mins with a new wheel. Was so surprised at how efficient and pleasant they are. Thank you!

Fixed my giant dive bag like new. Wasn’t cheap, but the zipper they put in is much better than what was originally on it. They do great work and are quick. Would definitely recommend them to friends and use them in the future. No reason to waste your time anywhere else.

My Victorinox bags handle came off during a recent trip. I called their customer service department and they provided the information on aero luggage repair. I called them, told them of my bag and its damage and was told it would be no problem to fix it. Just stop on by. So the next weekend I stopped by. In less than five minutes the bag was fixed. They had all the parts needed. Quick service with a smile. I didn’t know shops with services like this existed anymore! I’d give them six stars if I could. Note: They also sell used luggage. So if your looking for a slightly used Rimowa check these guys out.

Aero Luggage is great. I needed a wheel replaced on a suitcase and dropped off my bag on a Saturday morning. I didn’t need it right away, so I didn’t put a rush on it. He suggested i replace both (like a car) for even wear, so I did. 10 days later, he called to say it was ready and after dropping $ 50, I got my bag, good as new! I highly recommend Aero Luggage and John!

What a FIND! Thanks to Unilocal reviews, I took my large Timberland suitcase in because a wheel had broken. We decided to replace both wheels with BETTER wheels. Total cost $ 60! I would have to pay around $ 300 to replace the suitcase.
I highly recommend Aero! I also brought in my TravelPro with a missing zipper pull — thay replaced that at no charge :)

Reasonable cost to repair a broken wheel ($ 15 I think) and sew up a seam on another bag. So much better than trying to replace perfect luggage. Instead of buying replacements I used the money for another vacation!

Better! Stronger!!! Fast! A screw vibrated loose on one side of my roller handle after only a couple trips with my new favorite piece of luggage. I went here because of all the great reviews on Unilocal.I was NOT disappointed. He took a look and repaired it on the spot. Didn’t cost much either. The thing is he replaced both screws with a rivet instead! So now it’s less likely to break again! I’m a Happy traveler!!! These guys rock!

HORRIBLE service !!! American Airlines in Philadelphia broke the TSA built in lock, lining and zipper on my suitcase. Aero does Americans repairs. They had ups pick it up. Then Aero ONLY replaced the lock but NOT with a TSA one like it had and shipped it to me. I called them and made them aware of their mistake. The man apologized and said they would fix everything. He then they had UPS pick it up again. This time they ONLY fixed the lining and did NOT replace the zipper or the replace the lock with the TSA lock it had before. I called them again and although he was nice and apologized again and agreed to fix it, I had to once again pack it up and wait for UPS to pick it up again. I will not have it for my next trip and now have to go an purchase an additional suitcase.
This is HORRIBLE Service.
Why didn’t they fix it right the first time, or the second time. This is really crazy and very unfair to me the customer.
I am VERY VERY unhappy with them.
If I had a choice, I would go elsewhere. If you have a choice find a place more responsible.

This place 100% took care of me! My National Geographic Suitcase wheel broke so instead of ditching the whole suitcase, I brought it here and they fixed it like NEW for $ 25!
They told me it would take two weeks and it took 3 days. I really recommend these guys.

Checked Unilocal and saw that they had good reviews, so I decided to check it out. My brand new Samsonite suitcase got damaged on its first use. The zipper sliders were pulled off the tracks. Walked into the business and it was fixed in 10 minutes!
The gentleman that helped me was extremely nice. I will definitely come back here for any future repairs!
They accept Visa/​MasterCard, but you might save some money if you pay cash :)

The reviews were very helpful. I needed a handle on my bag replaced right away so I could pack. I read the reviews, want to the site and they fixed it on the spot. I was out of there in less than 15 minutes! While I realize many repairs can’t be done this quickly, I was very happy. And the price was right. RECOMMEND

Got a battered and abused bag caused by an apparently angry airline baggage handler? This place can’t be beat for top quality workmanship at a very fair price.
Gilbert is a great guy, and assured me he would fix my Samsonite up good as new. The handle looked as though someone had taken needle nose pliers, with a few extra whacks with a ball-​peen hammer to it. It sure didn’t appear to be just your normal airline luggage torture. Thanks Frontier! Grrrrrrrrrr.
Gilbert asked if this was a rush order, and I replied that I would pick it up in a week. Is that a rush? Nope he replied, and that it would be $ 20. Deal! Sure enough, the following Saturday my bag looked better than new. $ 20 even, no tax tacked on. Gilbert, you’re the man! Love all of the Beatles posters and other memorabilia plastered all over the walls by Gilbert’s boss. Brilliant!

John, of Aero Luggage in Santa Ana is a wonderful person! He saved me several hundred dollars by repairing my Vitronics special carry on that I use for business trips as it has a unique clip that allows my computer bag to «hook on» to it.
I had a «flat tire» as one of the wheels had been ground down by my daughter by dragging it across pavement with a rock stuck in the wheel so it was wrecked and would not roll without great effort and a horrible noise. I had a week long trip coming up and John fixed it while I waited and rescued me from an unpleasant trip experience!
John’s taste in music and his memorabilia collection was worth the trip. as he has a wonderful collection of Beatles posters along with Dean Martin Frank Sinatra and The Righteous Brothers ! I asked him if his last name was Lennon and if he had Ringo in the back fixing the luggage! He was playing great Beatles music as well.
I highly recommend John and Aero Luggage for the bewildered traveler seeking unheard of quality service at the fairest of prices! Thanks John!

Great place, needed a rush repair for an upcoming trip. He offered to do it while we waited, this on a Saturday a half hour before closing.
Did an excellent job, the wife’s bag looks like new. Will be back with one of mine that needs repair.

Outstanding service and very reasonable prices! Gilbert is a great guy — he really listens, and he works quickly. He replaced one of the wheels on my TravelPro rollaboard while I waited! And he has some great luggage for sale as well.
