Undoubtedly the biggest variety of candy to choose from. They sell by the bulk and also individual. Hours are from 8−7PM every day and they ACCEPTCARD. Parking is in the rear. Overall, the one stop shop place for all Mexican Candy needs.

Just called them. Was told by many people that they sold an item that they say they don’t sell. It took 3 phone calls and 4 people before they could get anyone that spoke English to help me, I asked what their website was and they don’t have one(very frustrating) then, at the end, they hung up on me when I was mid sentence! Guess they won’t be getting my money!

This dulceria is cool because they have a large selection of mexican candies, piñatas and goodies. But like everyone else I agree that the customer service could be improved. A smile or an offer to help find what you’re specifically looking for would be nice. I had brought my mom in to find something that my Tia wanted specifically and although we found it, I don’t know how fresh everything is. It’s cool if you’re in the area but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go again. No mammes!

I was craving these mexican chocolates with caramel inside so I go here. I’m super excited and ready to eat one… When I open the box there was TWO4 cm long worms!!! I was so disgusted I went back, tight off the bat they gave me attitude and without me saying anything they immediately said they don’t give money back… so gross. The two stars are for the variety of chips they offer. My siblings die when I took them to choose.

The workers are not the nicest people on earth, yet that still can’t keep me away. They have the best Mexican candy and tons of variety. They need to work on their customer service skills and flash you a fake smile at least. Go in to get your delicious candy and get out…

This little Mexican candy store has tons of Mexican candy! I like to go here for their tamarind lollipops which are only 56 calories each! This place has huge pinatas and lots of chips, gum, cotton candy and these huge marshmallows! Alva’s also has an assortment of Mexican cookies! The service here has always been very friendly with me also! Thumbs up from me!

Great spot for any and all mexican candies. If you cant find it here you probably have to go to LA or TJ to find it cause it probably has too much lead for Alvas to carry. Try the Pelonsito or the Lima Limon salt packets.

Cool little candy shop that gives you the vibe of an LA wholesale candy place. Tons of great mexican candy the way we love it, with LEAD!!! Lol. A bit pricey but they save you the trip down to TJ to buy these candys yourself.

This place sucks. The owner does not care about her customers. They never keep their word for deadlines or products. the candy place on chestnut before the train tracks is cheaper and they are very nice.

This place is very unprofessional. I was planning a party for my sons birthday and was told they would bring in the center pieces for me to look at before I ordered I kept going back 4 times and they never came I heard excuse after excuse so I ordered anyways. Was scheduled to be picked up Thursday and was not ready I had to go back Friday got there at 3 and she was still working on them! The front of the center pieces were one color and the back were another I asked the lady to fix them and she said thats the way they come in and she can give me a refund if I wanted. THEPARTYISTOMORROW wont be back ever

Need piñatas? They have them. Hot cheetos. Those too. If you cant drive all the way to LA for cheap party supplies, this place is good enough. They have a large selection of pinatas and themed supplies. HUGE selection of mexican style candies, chips, etc… They also have balloons on order.
