The location doesn’t seem to be interested in helping existing customers with any device issues… Only in selling new phones. I witnessed associate Leydi try to pawn two issues off to the Apple store. I bought my new iPhone at the spectrum location; however, it had to be shipped to me because it was out of stock. When I got it in the mail I had trouble loading the latest backup on my new phone. I took it to this location because it’s close to my work. When I brought it in and explained what’s going on with it, the first thing she responded with«you need to go to Apple Store for that»… Seeing that I bought it from ATT I would think that ATT would be able to set up my new phone for me. I also saw another customer who had locked their phone and she just kept blowing him off and saying«go to the Apple Store». I’m still within my 14 day return policy and I feel the sudden urge to return it, go to the Apple Store to buy a new phone and sign up with Verizon.

I just moved to the area from Pasadena and needed to get a new phone because I broke my old one. I was dreading going to AT&T, but was shocked at the great service I received by Quinton(I hope that how he spelled his name). He was super helpful dealing with Lifeproof(don’t ever get a case from them), and was on the phone with them trying to get things settled. Super helpful guy! The other guy who helped us the next time I had to go into AT&T was Marcos. He helped me get a new plan for my gf. He was super helpful, explained everything, and took his time to help us. Best AT&T store. Hands down.

I’ve always had good service at this store my advice to everyone NEVER and I mean Never go to the guy this guy name Kervin M. He’s such a douche bag, he doesn’t want to Take responsibility for his actions and he’ll put the blame on you and that’s not good customer service. I’ve been going to that store for so many years and I have never experienced such mannered. Please avoid the headaches with this guy and go to Julio or anyone else, this Kervin guy was just horrible.

I was dreading going into get my phone replaced today for usually it takes a while and you get someone who doesn’t understand how to do it correctly. Today, I went to yoga, to calm myself before going in, and decided to go over to the store. The minute I walked in Sandra came right to me and asked what I was looking for. I explained her what I needed to do and she was so kind. I am not a super smart tech person, so I really need help when It comes to my phone. She helped with it all. Getting my info over and picking out accessories. My husband is going to need an update in November and I will be back to see her. It really makes your day to have such a great experience. :)

I came in on February 15, 2015 Mario was very helpful and explained everything very thoroughly. He walked us through the promotions but was not pushy and only informative. He helped us understand our new plan and explain to us the changes in our bill. I normally get pretty confused and feel like they are trying to rip me off but that wasn’t the case this time.

Great customer service Miguel G. really hooked us up! Made a couple of changes to our mobile plan as well as our U-Verse we were there for a while, but he made sure everything was done and fixed down to the last detail, thanks to him we’ll be saving some $$$ this will definitely be my go to AT&T store.

My husband and I went into the AT&T store in Santa Ana. Kervin was working and was a great help in explaining all the ins and outs of our plan and other plans available to us. We learned that we were given erroneous information by customer service on the phone. Kervin offers great customer service and will answer all your questions. He is awesome!

Kervin helped us a lot. I really like the customer service here. I used to go to the one in Tustin Marketplace place nah! I was wrong the whole time. This location it’s very nice and people actually explains you wants going to happen with your bill.
