History
Established in 2013.
It was a vacant space in a 1931 building and was transformed into an old world style deli, with a modern flair. It was conceptually designed by Jeff Hall and Jeff Jensen, the owners and operators of Chapter One; the modern local, one block up the street. They wanted to bring back the local, causal, counter-style deli, but blend it with a modern wine and craft beer bar and bottle shop. A great compliment to their full service concept as well as a great addition to the neighborhood. It opened on August 31st and has since received various great reviews and write-ups in local and national publications. They are proud to make almost everything in house from scratch, using only products from responsible farmers. From smoking their own Pastrami to curing their own Corned Beef, C4 Deli: the Cure for the Common is proud to join the beautiful Artists Village in Downtown Santa Ana.
