History

Established in 2000.

Canvas Print Now has evolved from a wealth of experience earned from 24 years in the advertising agency and commercial graphics industry. Marcus Stokes, the founder of CPN, worked in the graphics industry since 1987, working his way up through the advertising agencies and graphics houses of London and the Midlands of England.

In 2000, he bought his first canvas printer, a 6-​color pigment ink Mutoh. After spending many years building a limited edition fine art business called M&R Entertainment Merchandising Inc, specializing in music and motorsport archives, CPN was formed.

Marcus now applies his experience from his graphics and advertising career with his knowledge of fine art publishing to bring you the highest possible quality reproduction of your images.

This place has amazing customer service. I emailed Marcus and he replied to any questions I had extremely expeditiously with great detail. They accommodated all my needs and helped me get the image exactly how I wanted it on my canvas. I had a watermark on the bottom left of the photo and he made sure it didn’t get stretched off the canvas. I bought two 36“x28″ canvases and they are perfect. Definitely going back for more in the future.

This is a review not just of the product, which turned out perfect, but of the customer service I received dealing with this company. From the moment I ordered my canvas, I was a pain in the butt. I ordered the canvas, a gift for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary, later than I should have and I emailed Canvas Print Now in a panic. First I didn’t read the instructions correctly, then it was one thing or another that I got confused by, and Marcus, who received my emails, was nothing but patient and accommodating. Honestly, I would have wanted to call me names, but he didn’t. Instead he helped me, rushed my order, sent it out and I got it a week earlier than I needed it. AND I am a cheapskate who used a Groupon, this did not affect the service in any way.
Honestly, Marcus is one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. I will definitely order from this company in the future!

This place is amazing (period) I bought a groupon for a canvas print and I needed it ASAP for my wedding which was 2 weeks away. I let Marcus know ahead of time because the turnaround time was usually 2 weeks. He got it done for me in 1 week and I picked it up with a reassured mind that the shipping would take forever. Throughout the whole process he had great communication with me and the canvas turned out gorgeous, totally worth it with or without groupon. Marcus is genuinely friendly and nice when I met him and made sure I was satisfied with my product.

Would love to review the product, but I can’t since there has not been a response to my inquiries regarding usage of a Groupon. I have contacted them 4 times (2 emails, 2 calls) in the last month and heard nothing back. Unfortunate since it sounds like the products are high quality, and the customer service is generally good?

They are amazing and Marcus is the best! i emailed him a few times because I had so many questions and I just wanted to make sure everything is good (the 2 photos are of my engagement pics and they were going to be displayed at our wedding reception). And he was so quick to respond and patient and nice! I was also nervous about receiving them on time because I didn’t know that their turn around time was about 10 business days. I asked him if he could help me get it in time and he said Aug 8 (placed the order July 31), and he was exact! He sent an email letting me know on Aug 8 that it was sent out. And Aug 9 I received it. The photos are gorgeous and of great quality. I love them! Just make sure the photo you give them is good quality– then you know it will turn out great! I am going to buy more from them. so worth it! and best service ever.

I bought a deal on Groupon for a 28X36 canvas for $ 69
I got a order confirmation from the site on Feb 13th and I received my canvas today on March 4th. There is a 10 business day turnaround, plus the time it takes to ship. You can pay $ 40 extra to have them ship it faster.
The canvas was in a large cardboard box with a plastic bag around it. I was kind of shocked because I’ve ordered canvases from other sites and they put protective packaging material around the corners of the canvas and around it so it won’t get damaged.
All four corners of my canvas have some sort of damage on it. It’s not THAT noticeable, but it’s definitely annoying (especially since my boarder is black and the damage parts are white.)
As stated before you order a canvas, you do not receive a proof of what the canvas will look like. I don’t know if a lot of places do this or not, but I order frequently from this one place and they send a low resolution photo of what the canvas will look like and you can approve the image or make changes. This is important to me because I use my landscape photography and I would like to know what will/​will not be seen on the canvas. I was a little disappointed when I had to send the image and hope for the best.
As for the quality of the canvas… I’m happy with it. The canvas is super light and the image I sent looks no different from what I see on the canvas. The colors are nice and overall I’m happy with it.
I would like to give this place 3 ½ stars, but obviously I can’t on Unilocal.I gave it an «extra» star (for Unilocal purposes) because I got it for a great price.

Just received our order today!
My boyfriend and I got a deal through Groupon for a canvas print and I’m so glad we did! It was a picture my boyfriend took with his iPhone and I was skeptical it would get distorted on a 28×36 print but it came out flawless! Looks clearer than the original picture. And Marcus had been a great help in replying to emails really quick. Great customer service. We are definitely going to be putting in another order!
