This is my favorite retail store. I always walk in here to see what kind of sales they have going on. Their displays are always organized, and clean. The associates are a hit or miss. Sometimes they are nice, and sometimes they don’t notice me walk in.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! the two asian guys are the worst. the one with glasses and i think his boss is the other. Not the first time I’ve come in here and had to ask for help after waiting 30 minutes and every time they give me attitude. never shopping here again. they throw the boxes of shoes at you when they bring them out. and if you ask multiple questions they roll their eyes.

I came into the store yesterday 30 minutes before they closed and i wasnt greeted or even acknowledged by the 3 employees. Then i make eye contact with a guy with a slick back hair due obviously trying to get help. But no i get ignored by all 3 employees while im standing there with a shoe in my hand waiting for them to help me with a size. I finally had to ask if anyone was going to help me and the guy with slick back hair was right next to me and had some other guy come help me. Very rude guy, i understand everyone wants to go home but youre getting paid so do your job.

They really should fire this guy named Marvin, first of all he saw me stepping into the store and was still doing his thing even I was waiting for help at the register, he came after finishing his thing never said hi or hello wasn’t smiling at all talking and acting like he owns the whole champs stores, I just can’t believe how guy like him got hired, actually most of the employees from this store are mean as hell and not helpful, I strongly would not recommend shopping at this place, I’m sure they have good products but worse employees ever, not worth a star

Fresh kicks, sick Jordan shirts, and helpful staff… Not very crowded either. Picked up some fresh Jordan kicks.

this champs is corrupt good luck winning a raffle here because the workers are only pulling their own names along with friends. I have a very reliable source and i know this for a fact

Good place to get kicks

I prefer this place over footlocker… at least at this mall. The footlocker here is pretty big but lack enough material. This champs store is legit and has a variety of materials that I can rock with. Just bought a Jordan jacket here and I’ve bought several jackets in the past at this location. Great stuff and it is definitely in top notch quality at least from my pov. I come through here everytime I roll through this mall just because I’m a loyal customer. Y’all earned my loyalty. Just need some fly honeys coming through here more and I’ll be here ²⁴⁄₇

This place sucks!!! Worst customer service of my, and if you go there, your life. So Angel season is quickly approaching and it’s time for a new Angels hat. I was here last season and found some unique hats so I returned in hopes of the same result. I checked out the selection found some cool stuff, dope, dope. Time to get my size. The hat I liked was just out of my reach. The sales clerk saw me inspecting the hats. I had been checking out hats for about 10 mins. Nothing, he was at the counter reading a magazine talking to his co-​worker. I felt bad pulling him away from his convo. but I needed help, sorry. Of course they didn’t have my size, they had one that was just a little to big. I asked him if there was another champs around here. He told me there was one at Brea and then I did the unthinkable, I said «Can you call them and ask if they have my size?» He reluctantly grabbed the phone and called. Long story short. I bought the hat there. (I didn’t want to.) But I NEEDED IT!!! I’ll be at Angel Stadium, in the Budweiser Patio drinking beer rockin’ my hat. Let’s do this.
