Came here to make 5 copies of my office building, and it was super quick. I’ve never had to make copies before so it was an educating experience.
The guy helping me was super chill and laid back. 5 keys came out to 19.90 $
Support local companies! No need to go to Home Depot or Walmart… just sayin

I have been coming here for years to have keys duplicated and have always had a pleasant experience. My 5 star review is because the deadbolt on my front door would not close and being that I live in Santa Ana, I didn’t want to go to bed without locking it. I called Civic Center Lock and Safe and they had someone come out and replace the deadbolt. The man that came, Pat, was very professional and quick. The best part is that they were very reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again.

After much trouble and drama, including being hung up on several times, being accused of lying, and being called several rude names, I finally managed to get a refund for they key purchased here. If I had known that someone would act so radically different and keep their word, I would have kept the key and returned it to them after receiving the refund.
I hope I never have to return to the shop, as i’ve already seen that it’s not acceptable by any reasonable business standards, but moreover I hope no one else has to suffer through the treatment I had; here’s hoping they do better next time.

Pretty sweet place where you get and actual locksmith and get to ask him Aby questions one might have. I went there to get done keys done which had a chip in them and they did a good job of reproducing them at a lower cost
