Very low humanity sensibility, ‚!!, bad costumers services and all is about Money. …$$$$$$!!!

Bad customer service, we waited for over 20 min. For a shot when I ask them how long more they told me that the doctor was writing the prescription. Let me just mention that the doctor was having a conversation with the nurses about witchcraft and personal staff, normally i will not mind but this place is supper cold and dirty since my allergies were killing me.
Be smart and DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE BAD SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE and they want to make you test for things that have nothing to do with the reason that you went on the first place. Sore throat and fever=Anemia test $ 15 and 3 shot one for vitamins $ 27, inflammation $ 27, antibiotics $ 55 and the consult $ 20 big total of $ 144 not including the medicine.

Mi familia y yo tenemos ya años viniendo a esta clinica… y la verdad SI la recomiendo, Los doctores y las enfermeras son muy amables y la medicina que te dan es muy buena, te alivias bien pronto :)

Wow talk about BAD customer service!!! The «nurses» need an in-​depth training in helping out patients. These ladies have a bad attitude towards people who simply have questions about their care. This gentleman was inquiring why he was not called in after an hour and the this girl just went off on him. she even said «what the fuck». Are you kidding me? Does she not realized she is working and needs to carry herself in a professional manner? The other ladies just watched and did not to reprimand her behavior. I think this type of behavior is expected and welcome by the rest of the staff.
What is sad about this situation is that most of the patients are low income and do not have insurance and feel they need to put up with this horrible, unprofessional attitude! Come on, they need to be respected and treated with dignity !

Don’t come here regularly but when regular doctors can’t help and we don’t want to go to tj, they always help.

I was sick for over a week with a really bad sore throat and ear infection – I realized it wasn’t just a cold, but I didn’t have health insurance…
I met Dr Martin Bande and he invited me to come in for a check up. It was only $ 25!!!
Not only that, he gave me a prescription at no additional charge, and suggested I get the generic meds since they’re the exact same drug, and I was feeling better within just a few hours of taking the prescription – completely better in just 2 days! Thank you so much!!! :)

STAY AWAY!
I went there for the first time a couple of weeks ago due to fever, ear infection & cold. I must admit I was hesitant to go because I’ve only seen doctors thru my insurance (was in the process of activating mine), but my parents reassured me they had amazing doctors. Keeping in mind my father’s good experience there I went.
The staff was «ok» they lack professionalism though. As I filled out paperwork I made sure I explained my reason for the visit. Again, after filling it out I explained my reason the «nurse» who took me into the room. I immediately thought it was weird she took my weight while I carried the suitcase I have for a handbag, shoes on & while I wore my sweaters & heavy coat. Anyway, I quickly made an excuse in my head «I don’t plan to come back nor am I here for my weight issues.» When the «doctor» came in she immediately asked me what the problem was with — she mentioned something I had no issues with nor I mentioned in my paperwork. Did a quick check & said I had no signs of infection but she would prescribe «just in case» medicine. I’m sorry but I don’t take medicine «just in case!» I take something because I need to. She was only with me no longer than 2 min. Paid for my consult & left.
I missed 2 work days & it was visible there was something wrong with me, but according to the «professional» I simply had a minor congestion. Oooookay
2 weeks later…
Insurance still hasn’t kicked in & I’m overcoming a SEVERE sinus infection. My bosses as my family urge me to see the «doctor» again. I go back in & this time the girls at the front ask if I’m sure I went in the 1^st time because apparently they lost my chart. Ugh. 20+ minutes later they seem to have found it. They take me in & this time my «doctor» is a male. He seems very friendly & greets me with a firm hand shake. Okay I felt comfortable explaining to him my past visit how I didn’t appreciate being seen for 2 minutes max & how I need him to find out what the issue is & fix it because at this point I’ve been sick 3 – 4 wks. He explained possible causes in detail & prescribed medication accordingly. What I didn’t appreciate was that this «doctor» who really is a Physician Assistant gave me his «business» card (have in mind Clinica Medica San Miguel was no where to be seen on the card) with his cell number. He asked I call him because I seemed nice and he would like to get to know me better & several times towards the end made some PERVERTED comments in a addition to others with DOUBLE MEANING & later as I waiting for the «nurse» he came back in to get my number. Puh-​leeeez thank God the «nurse» came in and he left. I’ve NEVER felt so uncomfortable at a doctors office until this incident. I reported the incident with Betzabel (I believe that’s her name) at the front desk. She just starred at me blankly in shock & looked at her co-​worked. It was obvious I was going to get no where so I left. My mother felt responsible for having me go there — she recommends it to a lot of her clients since she’s worked in Santa Ana for over 20 yrs. She called the who seemed to be the owner on her cell & reported the accident. She also seemed to go no where.
I work in the medical field therefore I’m familiar on what to do in these cases. Planned to go in person & file a written complain or pursue a law suit. However, I don’t have time for this. Maybe it was a one time thing for the Physician Assistant. It’s obvious they lack professionalism because not ONCE did I receive a call from a supervisor apologizing for the incident. Anyway, I’m taking my time to write this for those young girls who plan to go here.
If you are in dire need of going here BE CAREFUL. If you’re in the same situation I was in REPORT it to your family & AUTHORITY regardless of your status in this country you have rights. I highly recommend people STAY AWAY though. I can’t help but think about women who went in there that day to get a physical, what a PERV!

I had a HORRIBLE throat infection that wasn’t letting me get any sleep and I could barely swallow water. I went to Clinica Medica San Miguel and they gave me a few injections. This was around noon and by the next morning I felt a million times better! If you are coming down with something, go and get your injections and I guarantee you’ll feel MUCH better by the next morning!

The building might not be the greates. But the doctors are awesome… they know what they’re doing they are very profecional. and their prices are cheap. The only thing that i don’t like are the nurses they are helpless and they don’t know what they’re. I only come here because of the good doctors they have.

Good doctors and good service. They only take cash and no insurance. But you can get seen here and if u have insurace get your medicine at your regular pharmacy. I have insurance but my dr isn’t there on weekends so I went here. The place is ghetto looking but I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and I’ve always gotten good health care. I do recommend this place to everyone specially people who have no health insurance.
