If you like arts, music, entertainment, community, and open spaces, this is where it’s at! Free admission (donations accepted, but donation boxes not slammed in your face to make you feel guilty), free parking, $ 1 Vietnamese sandwiches, awesome open mic and featured performances, young folks, old folks, dope music provided by different DJs, what more could you want? Did I mention that it’s free??? It’s right next to Santa Ana’s bars too, convenient for pre– and post-​parties. ;)
It just started in August 2010, and it’s one of Santa Ana’s newest hidden gems. Great place to bring your friends, bring a date, or just bring yourself and sign up for open mic! It’s a very inviting and positive space, good vibes, cool people, definitely worth checking out. There are always new artists on the rise. I went the first time, and have been coming back almost every month. First Thursday of every month.
They got a youth spotlight, and a community org spotlight each time too, good idea! Uplift the community type of stuff.
The only problem is, not enough people know about it!
