Cotton On

I have been to quite a few Cotton Ons, including ones down in Australia, and this is one of my least favorite locations. The sale section is normally pretty weak. I have never felt like I received good service. Every now and then there is a good item. but most often I leave feeling a bit let down. It has your typical jeans, jackets, t-​shirts, and sweaters. Sometimes good deals… sometimes not so much

i love this place! very cute clothes. love the styleee. chill, relaxing. sweaters and t shirts and also nice, going out. shirts and dresses. jeans always fit me just right. good quality… i still have clothes from yearsss ago. comfortable. prices aren’t bad. they always have good stuff on clearance! and very good deals for black friday!!! staff is always very friendly and helpful!

This store is fantastic! The staff is friendly and helpful, the prices are awesome, and you will find items in here that you won’t be able to get anywhere else! Love this place!

I am… beyond obsessed with this fantastic store. Yes, it may be small, but oh it is mighty… trendy! Such cute things. Everything is so comfortable, fits great, and I don’t have to second guess my sizes. I came across this store one day after i got off work (in the same mall) and wandered on in. I’ve never looked back. I’ve never had bad customer service at ANY location, especially not this one. They are always polite, greet me, but aren’t clingy or pushing coupons or credit cards. I’m also obsessed with CottonOn online, but that is a whole other story. This company, in general is my absolute FAVORITE place to shop. It’s my go-​to for basics, as well as those fun stand out pieces that i want in my wardrobe. I’m not kidding when I say i only shop here. The prices are perfect. The selection is great, even for such a small store. The employees are pleasant to be around. Over all just best experience ever! They’ve earned 5 stars, i wish I could give them more!

I’ve been to this store a grand total of three times and I am completely obsessed.
How your clothes are sewn together can be a great indicator of just how long it’s meant to last, as well as the actual material or blend that it’s made from. I love fashion fiercely, but I am also extremely frugal and if I think I can modify or create something on my own, I will.
Unless, of course, the price is actually fair, like at Cotton On. I have a number of things from here: shirts, sweaters, long tank tops, dresses, leggings and mini-​skirts galore as well as a hat, bags and shoes. I’ve had some of these for about three years now and everything still fits right, no holes or snags and the colors haven’t faded in the wash.
Some of the apparel is very basic, while other things are extremely current and also ridiculously comfortable — I’ve been complimented on every article purchased here. I would love to see a Cotton On a little closer to me, at either the Spectrum in Irvine or at the Shops of Mission Viejo. However, I would probably go broke, so perhaps it’s for the best…
