Del Taco

It’s a Del Taco, alright! The drive-​thru is super fast, so that’s a bonus. My burrito was filled to the brim with stuff — it was almost too stuffed! The Macho Burrito is a good deal if you want to get full for not a lot of money.
I found out they have iced coffee here, too! It’s really good! The perfect beverage on a hot day.

I’m only giving two stars not for poor customer service they are super nice but the past 3 times I have gone in they get my order wrong or they just plain forget it. If they could fix that issue it would be a great place. But just triple check your orders for now :)

I don’t think of fast food joints as places you should expect good customer service. At the same time I don’t expect to have to brush off the display of bad attitude, sassy, disrespectful cashiers with big mouths.
I’d like to point one out in particular named Jenny, or so she claimed. I don’t care much for lack of greeting or presentation (I know where I am). But trying to talk down to me as if I were less than you, or as if you were going out of your way to do me a favor, is completely disrespectful and speaks volumes about how little you have to offer. I don’t appreciate being yelled at, or negotiating to get more sauce for my 10+ items.
For a customer service job, you need customer service skills, I hope you were filming the (WHAT NOT TO DO) portion of Del Taco’s training modules, because that’s the only way your character is excusable. I left with a bad taste after my interaction with you, and I hadn’t even eaten yet. Thanks.

I love Del Taco, it’s fast and cheap! Especially on Thursdays for their chicken taco. It’s an awesome deal. You get 3 Tacos for $ 2.29! I normally get them without the white sauce and add onions instead. Delicious! The only thing bad about this place is that their water doesn’t work on the drink fountain so you have to take their prefilled water cups and I drink a lot of water so I have grab at least 3 of them instead of just getting a refill. It’s a waste of plastic cups… anyway, the service is great here too. Usually no wait if you come around 6pm. Come early if you come for lunch though.

Del Taco is the SHIZZLE! Wish we had some in KC. I always try to eat at least once at Del Taco. As my cousin calls it… Del Smacko because it makes your lips smack!

Taco Bell’s less appreciated little sister… I gotta say between Del Taco and Taco Bell, Del just seems to be a tad better. Both aren’t that great when it comes to Mexican food, but good enough when you want something late night.
I can’t really say all that much about the food since if you’ve ever been to any other Del Taco, it tastes the same. The one exception is the sacred Del Taco out in Barstow (THE ORIGINAL ONE). That bad mutha F’er of a Del Taco is the shizzle my nizzle! What do I mean, well that location is very generous with it’s portion sizes and it puts the awesome sauce inside their burritos. Just thinking about that Del Taco in Barstow makes me long for other things like those by gone days when you celebrated both Washington and Lincoln’s birthday, afternoon cartoons were of a higher quality like DuckTales and Gummi Bears, and playing Oregon Trail just to go hunting since it probably the only part of the game that you could really have direct control over. Anyways I digress…
Yeah so this location was pretty clean in the lounge area when I went and the service was pretty prompt. I was dining in on a Tuesday around 740pm.

Associate had great customer-​oriented attitude while taking my specialized order. On a Sunday, this place is quick to prepare and serve your food.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! Overall I have never really been completely happy with Del Taco customer service… But this place, omg this place is F@!*%& terrible. They have given me incorrect orders 3 times. The staff is rude and not ethical at all. Last time I went there I ordered their chilly fries and I ended up getting nachos. When I was ordering, the girl abruptly interrupted me with a «hold on», she forgot to turn off the mic and I could here her arguing with another staff member and then laughing and cursing with another. Awkward! They need new staff ASAP!!!

What can I say? It is better than meat paste at Taco Bell, but what’s up with the funky sauce that could be sour cream but is some liquefied cheese.
Parking has been improved by removing outside seating but that was the only good place to sit. Lunch is a zoo inside.
If I never went back I’d never miss it…

Ive been here several times at night only to be turned away because they can only accept cash after midnight? WTF? Thats a problem and they lost my business

OK, Del Taco, I love it for cheap, good food. Taco Tuesdays are an amazing deal to feed a whole crew! Add onion and cilantro to your tacos to take them to the next level. My car always seems to steer toward Del Taco on the freeway when I need grub with some change. Good stuff!

Love this del taco

This place is a joke 1 piece of chicken in my grilled chicken tacos and on top of that the fries were definitely cooked in the same oil as the fish undercooked and unedible.

The food preparation at this location sucks. I got a Del Beef burrito today and it looked like a taquito. Paid 7 bucks for a tiny combo and the tortilla was all dried out, the beef was gross and it was totally small. I’ve given this place a chance but no more since every time I go my food has been prepared poorly or wrong. The people seem nice though. too bad they can’t make the food right.
All Del Tacos should use Barstow Del Taco as their model. That is the best one around. The food is excellent.

Personally not a taco bell guy. Love the new turkey tacos. Location right off the 55 fwy, next to work. Drive through is quick. Karla puts a smile on my face — very friendly & awesome service! :-)

1) Cordial service.
2) Stomach cramps.
3) 24-​hour diarrhea.

Doesn’t take too long. And it’s super close to my work. Can’t go wrong with a bean and cheese burrito for a dollar.
Careful if making a quick right out of the drive thru so you don’t hit the curb.

I don’t care much for Del Taco, but where else could I get a full meal for $ 1.50???
Tacos are 0.49 which is cheaper than the one by my house. I also like their deluxe chili cheese fries better than other fast food chains. Other than those things, meh. It’s just cheap fast food.
