This place is appalling. I bought my wedding rings here it’s all final sale and you can only exchange for other jewelry items within 30days at least the same amount as the other item if you don’t like your item. I got my rings quoted at another jewelry location and they quoted $ 500 for the rings I have to pay $ 2,300 not including taxes and insurance. Such a despondent. Poor distinction of jewelry. Never will I return. Horrible customer service.

Terrible quality service and jewelry! My boyfriend bought me a bracelet and earring set, the bracelet broke after less than an hour so when he took it back they gave him another one and when he got home it was missing a diamond, they didn’t even check it for quality assurance after the last one broke! When we both returned he selected a different necklace and he had to pay them more for it because a promotion was over and despite all our problems with their jewelry they wouldn’t honor it. I called the manager and left a message to return my call, he never did. We will never be back, my necklace chain broke after about a month! This has never happened with my other jewelry. The jewelry is crap and the service is worse.
