Enterprise Rent-A-Truck

Hi I had reservations at the Santa Ana truck location for May 14^th for a 26 ft truck and they informed me today may 13^th 2015 that they had no truck for me and nothing they could do about it I made my reservation a month ago and I called on May 8^th to make sure everything was good and they said my truck would be ready so now I have to find and other truck company to rent from last minute so just use u haul and that will not happen

I am very impressed by how professional and friendly Brad was. From the beginning he did everything he possibly could to explain in detail all the information and tips we needed to help us have the smoothest experience possible. I rented a 24′ truck with a liftgate and was surprised by how reasonable the costs for everything was. About 69 cents a mile plus the daily rate and optional insurance. I had a reservation so I was in and out which was probably 15 minutes tops. We had to call Enterprise twice while on the road for the most convenient diesel gas station as well as a question about straps and they picked up and were very helpful. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and that goes a long way with me. The 24′ truck is huge and tricky to drive so do not rent this if you are inexperienced at driving any large vehicles. I have driven 20′ trucks but even the extra 4′ makes a difference. I would never again use uhaul again over enterprise from the service AND the rates. Bravo Brad, Bravo! This guy deserves a raise.

Long & Hauled:
I had to help my parents move and since I don’t have a box truck with a lift gate, I needed to rent something. I found on the Enterprise web site that this location was open on the weekends (it isn’t) so I drove from Orange down to this location only to find out that the site was wrong. After deliberating about going elsewhere due to the IT departments mistake, the customer service agent Brad kindly waived a 3 day weekend rental and let me have the truck for one day at $ 59 and then $.59/​mile. Most truck rentals are at least $.99/​mile (U-​Haul) for a comparable truck. Needless to say, I was a happy hauler!
I wish my review ended there, but it doesn’t. After renting the truck, I took it home and parked it on my street over night. When I woke up someone had spray painted all over the right side. Lucky for me I got the insurance! When I took the truck back I dropped the keys and then received a courtesy call on Monday from Tom (the other agent) just to make sure everything was okay and to let me know they were taking care of it and there was nothing else I needed to do!
I have to say, from start to finish both Brad and Tom couldn’t have been nicer to deal with. I am very happy. The truck worked perfect, ran perfect, and working with these guys just made our move that much easier. So glad I went with this location. Thank You Brad and Tom.
