Very satisfied with the service I received from Fast Fix!
I took three watches in for repair. Two of them needed new batteries and one required band adjustment. Danny took a look at them and told me to come back in 20 minutes. I went to grab a bite to eat and the watches were finished before I even returned! I really appreciated the straightforward, quick customer service.
The batteries have a 5-​year warranty. For $ 10.00 more, you can get a battery with a lifetime warranty. The only knock on Fast Fix is perhaps the pricing. The battery replacements cost $ 19.95 each and the band adjustment was $ 14.95. I noticed that a lot of other watch places only charge $ 10.00 –15.00. However, there is a 15% discount if you check in on Unilocal.I’ll pay a little more for prompt service.
For those wondering, this place is located on the second floor of Main Place Mall near the entrance of Macy’s. It definitely took me a bit to find it.

No one would dare fix my ring but they did!!! I had a titanium ring from walmart that was a size 9 and they sized it down to a 4. Also this kind of metal can’t be resealed and they were so creative. They left a slight opening and the ring is super comfortable and unique looking. They told me if they could not fix it they would not charge me. Awesome!!! They fixed my Shinola watch and Fendi from Nordstroms too when Nordstroms couldn’t. Love this place.

Helpful and fast battery replacement for 3 watches. Made sense to get the lifetime ones for $ 10 more each. The guy behind the counter seemed more interested in what was on his laptop than my questions. Overall good service.

Tried traditional and non-​traditional methods to remove a ring stuck on my finger with no luck. Came in to Fast Fix and their friendly gentleman had my ring off within 30 seconds! The procedure was quick, painless and very reasonably priced. I am very pleased with this business!

This review is based off a simple task of taking a few links off one of my watches. The guy was super quick and it made my watch a much better fit. I randomly wandered in here when I was at the mall and remembered that I needed to have this done.

I need my fiancé ring size and the jewelry store where I bought it would take a week to do. They recommend fast-​fix and they sized it in an hour. The ring was perfect and they were very professional. I highly recommend this place as they do it on the premises and at a reasonable price.

Expensive and slow. I just wanted batteries in my watches. The cost depends on the kind of watch, ranging from $ 20 to $ 40 or $ 50(?). The screw holding the back on the watch broke so they asked me to come back in a few HOURS (it’s been 5 hrs and it still isn’t done).
There are many better, faster, less expensive places to get watch batteries, even in the mall Go anywhere else first.

I needed to get my ring re-​sized, and having just gotten engaged a couple of days ago, I did not want to be without my ring a second longer than I had to. They wouldn’t give me an estimate over the phone on how much it would cost because «it varies» which slightly annoyed me, but the fact that I could have my ring back in an hour? Sold. So I went to the mall and they said the standard price was about $ 50, but mine required some sort of extra attention or whatnot, so it would be $ 80. I was a little annoyed, but again, paying a little extra was ok with me as long as it was returned quickly and in perfect condition (other places I called said the re-​sizing could take days). So I agreed, figured out my actual ring size and walked around the mall for an hour waiting for it to be done. When I returned it was (still) beautiful. It fit perfectly and was nice and sparkly. While it was on the more expensive side, I was happy it only took an hour and overall the jeweler did a fantastic job!

This guy is running one of the greatest rackets ever… We went to the Mainplace Mall in order to find a watch shop that had promised us a «Lifetime Battery Change» with the purchase of a watch I made back in 1999. The store was unfortunately gone, and so we sought out another place where we could grab a quick battery change. We tried the fine jewelry/​watches departments in Macy’s, we tried a couple other places in the mall and then happened upon Fast Fix…
The guy here sold us on the 5-​year Warranty Battery Exchange and we opted to add a link to the wristwatch as well, as my father (who now owns the watch) wanted a bit of a looser fit around his wrist.
We walked out of here about $ 50 dollars lighter and feeling like we would’ve got a better deal elsewhere. Didn’t experience horrible service — the guy was very pleasant, it’s just that if you’re stuck in Santa Ana, this is probably your only bet. And if you’re stuck in Main Place, it’s definitely your only bet. But $ 50 for a 5-​year battery warranty and adding a link? My friend actually has watch tools and I think batteries are about $ 5-​$ 7 on the net, depending on quality… but that’s hindsight for you…
In the twenty minutes that we were there, we saw about 5 others come in for battery changes and link/​wrist adjustments. At $ 20-​$ 50 a pop, «this dude is making a killing,» I thought to myself… We ended up taking my father’s other watch (an automatic that Fast Fix would have had to ‘send out’ for service) to a longstanding shop in Orange, CA, closer to home. Once they quoted us prices for what Fast Fix performed just moments ago, we wished we would’ve came here from the start.
Again, great place in a pinch and fair service. Just bring your wallet and earplugs for the walk through the mall. Oh, and after reading Phil’s review below, seems prices went up since April…

Located in the Westfield Mainplace Mall. Took my watch in because the second hand wasn’t moving. It’s an Italian watch purchased in Tokyo so I had no idea. Turns out I didn’t know that the extra hand was designated for a stop watch according to the watch man. He recommended that I don’t let it run to save on the battery. Great tip!
So he offered the following:
$ 15 for 3 year battery warranty and $ 25 for 5 year. I went with the 5 yr battery (because paying more is better if you don’t think about it). Tip: keep you’re damn receipt…
I expected to come back in a few hours but he kicked me out of there in 10 minutes. If you’re in a hurry come here.
