I have to say this place has horrible customer service. Once you drop off your car don’t expect to hear back from them. It was recommended by Crevier BMW so I didn’t hesitate to have my car (hit and run) fixed. Chris is the one who first initiated paperwork for me. Since then he never followed up with me. I had to literally call him daily to see what the status was. He would always say «Let me talk to the technicians first and I will call you back.» And I hear nothing back from him. Then it got transferred to Angel who seemed to know a little more but it was also pulling teeth trying to get the status of the repair. The only times I heard back from him were when I called Crevier and had someone call him to call me back and when my car was done. The two stars are for at least covering my rental for a few weeks and for fixing my car.

The two Joses are terrific, especially the younger Jose. They are fairly thorough with the estimate as well as the workmanship. They’re probably a bit on the pricey side compared to other places but if service is what you’re looking for, stick with this place.

Loooooooong wait for repair.
The account manager failed to follow up with repair tasks costing weeks of delay.
Then, overcharged by adding balance due from insurance company. Once we found out about overpayment, they made it super hard to get the money back, still have not received money from them. Throughout all this, absolutely NO apologies and they are blaming us for misunderstanding how this payment between insurance company and repair shop works.
They work with local auto dealership so I get that they promise good service/​etc.
Don’t buy into the hype. I wouldn’t have written this if they delivered a fraction of hat they claim and promised.

Thank you ICC, Jose V. & Jose T. for an AMAZING repair on my BMW! After an accident I was in the entire front end of the car required to be completely re-​done: hood, lights, grill and bumper. I had my repairs done at ICC and my BMW looks brand new, it feels like I got a new BMW (I wish I knew how to post a pic on this review)… I am very happy and appreciate all the work done at ICC to repair my car to a pristine condition! I appreciate the follow ups and excellent communication throughout the process; Jose is awesome! I don’t ever do Unilocal reviews but I am so pleased with the repairs and both Jose’s are so professional and good at what they do that I must tell EVERYONE! I am so thankful I brought my BMW here :)

Unfortunately, I had my first rear end DUI accident. Having to deal with the repair after experiencing an accident is mentally tough. I was trying to make sure that my car will be taken care, insurance covered, while dealing with a ringing in the head.
I checked 4 body shops nearby, and even though ICC is Mini Cooper’s associated repair shop, I was still not completely convinced.
I came in and met Jose Tolon and Jose Vergara. They patiently listened to my concerns, walked me through the process, and explained technically what they would be doing. I left 15 minutes later knowing feeling quite comfortable.
To my surprise, within a couple of days I got a call saying the repair is done and that it was ready for the paint job. My boss, sitting with me while I received the call, also commented exceptionally fast repair and constant updates. We were not just pleased, but impressed.
I got to pickup my car early. Jose made sure that when I arrived, the car was freshly clean to drive home. The car was so new looking.
If girls feel pampered getting their nails done, my mini definitely felt pampered coming out of ICC. After one week of driving, I’ve experienced no problem.

Just fixed bumper and paid everything out of pocket instead of going through insurance. Jose Vergara did a great job and the car is done perfectly perfect-​not to mention that he completed all work wayyy faster than we expected! Drop-​off early Wednesday morning and done by Friday late afternoon. Saved me car rental fees over weekend :) Ask for Jose Vergara if you need your car fixed. He will not disappoint you!

Dear Sam Mirabile (Insurance Collision Center),
I have used this collision center since 2003 after I was side swiped by a drunken driver within a few months of buying a new Infinity. My State Farm Insurance Company to care of the claim. ICC took great care of my car, and the car looked like new again. My whole left side had to be replaced. After 13 years of keeping my car outside (not in my garage) some of the paint started fading a bit. I called my insurance company and the collision center. Sam Mirabile, the owner, took me under his care and assured me that they would take care of me and the paint job. Let me tell you Sam was true to his word and took care of me. Plus, he took care of some minor dings I have received since then at no charge.
How many body shops do you know that would take care of your car after 13 years. I don’t believe there are any out there. Also he detailed my car before I picked it up. The car looked brand new.
Sam Mirabile has ethics and stands behind his work. I would not use another body shop. You should see his business. Most of the cars I have seen were really upscale cars including lower priced models.
Am totally satisfied with his quality work and ethics. Thank you Sam.

Came in 30 mins earlier than my appointment time. They took care of me within minutes. Awesome. 4 days later, I got my baby back. Not only did they fixed the accident damaged, they cleaned outside And In all sparkly n clean. Whitened the stained stripes, waxed my car. My car looks brand spanking new. Can’t even tell where the repair was. One word… AMAZING. They are the best here. I totally recommend this place. Recommend. Recommend. RECOMMEND.

Customer for life. I dropped off my beloved BMW 4 series to have a dent repaired on the rear bumper. I know a lot about body work and paint so I am usually very picky with results. I was surprised and delighted for several reasons, one being the short turn around time, two was that they detailed my car inside and out, and three was the incredible OEM quality paint work they performed. They even matched the original «orange peel» in the clear coat so you can not tell where the repair was. This is not an easy task as usually body shops over wet sand the clear and it comes out too «glass» like, or don’t do it enough and it looks more «orange peely» than the factory paint. This job was done perfectly and I could not be happier!

HORRIBLE customer service. My BMW was in the shop for over a month and a half because of THEIR screw up and as a result I had an over $ 700 rental car bill that they promised to pay and never did. After I finally got the car back they had ordered an incorrect part for the door that was crucial to the window’s operation, so I again had to go back and was told it would take 45 minutes to install and 4 hours later I was still waiting and was not given an ounce of empathy from the front desk girl who continually lied and put me off about it.
I ONLY chose them because the BMW dealership recommended them, but I would highly advise any and everyone to go elsewhere!

just had been in a car accident. had my beemer’s rear bump fixed here. Very good customer experience. The technician explained to me that they had to keep my car in store for about 20 days because they also found some other damages on parts under the bump. They texted me once every couple of days to keep me posted: what has been done/​what else needs to finish/​they are on schedule/​or they need more time to fix the car. For 20 days, i didn’t need to call the shop at all because I felt like I’ve got everything that I wanted to know. At the end, when they give the car back to me, it is like new again. I think they did a good job.

I took my car in to icc for repair after I was in an accident. Jose was the person that help me and he was absolutely awesome. He took care of everything that I needed and he called me to update me on the status of my repair. When I picked up my car after the repair he took the time to talk to me and explain everything and answer all my questions. He was very friendly very helpful. My car was even washed and waxed when I picked it up. Talk about great customer service and great work! I recommend ICC all the way!

*Point of the story, car came out with more scratches to the paint from carelessness*
Had a great experience last year when I needed my rear bumper replaced from a fender bender. This time it was my front bumper (again, not my fault. Insurance is covering it)
The 2 Jose’s who helped me were great, very helpful. No complaints with them.
More upset with the carelessness of the work from the tech working on the car. I wash and wax my car myself so I know where scratches and door dings are. I even pointed out more imperfections on the car to the person noting them down so there’s no confusion later.
I received the car with many dark smudge marks on the front bumper. The spare tire in the trunk was takin out and looked as if it was just thrown in and they tried to place the mat over it to make it fit (it wasn’t placed properly or even screwed down to have it secured) why was the spare tire taken out if it was my front bumper with the problem? They lied and said it was because they had the car detailed. Lol, at least tell the truth, the car was mistaken for something else and the tech forgot to properly and safely put the tire in.
**also, I’m assuming from taking the tire out they scratched the bumper down to the metal probably from letting the tire drag along the bumper instead of picking it up**
**another scratch on the front right fender again down to the metal. I agree I have road rash on the car from normal use, but again, my car has ONLY been washed and waxed by me. that was not there before**

When Sam took my car after a major Accident and spoke with me, I was really happy and relieved, I knew that My Audi was in good hands. He always kept me informed about the progress on my car and he would also send me pictures! I received emails and also calls about what was going on with my car. Everything went really smoothly ! I just had my side mirror replaced and after taking my car to five different companies, getting five different quotes and wasting three weeks; I came to ICC. It was completed in a half hour for less than the other quotes.

I had been in a car accident and took a different car to a different body shop. Had the worst experience you could imagine, ended up having to sell the car it was so bad.
SO after being rear ended getting off the 55 fwy in my MINI Cooper I was dreading trying to find a body shop. I wanted to find someone not only great but great at working with MINIs. I was willing to drive anywhere, I picked 3 and called the dealership to see who they would recommend, well they said ICC. I could not be happier with the experience. Not only was I wanting the damage to the back end fixed but the drivers seatbelt had also been damaged so I wanted to make sure that was fixed. They fixed it all and did a phenomenal job. They updated me the whole way and it was done faster than they originally estimated.

If you are looking for a professional collision and detailing service for your BMW or your MINI, this is the place to go. They did a wonderful job on my ’13 MINI Cooper base model when it had got into an accident.
They also have a great detailing service that I recommend to my friends. If you want to leave your precious BMW in good hands, this is the place to go. I took my other MINI in when the roof got a huge puddle of sticky maple tree sap. they effectively got it off without any damage to the paint. They pay great attention to detail inside and out, every little bit makes my cars shine and last longer.

Had my s2000 serviced here. I was in an accident, obviously, and was bummed out that I’d ever get my car back to 100%
Anyways, everybody at ICC took car of my car and it doesn’t even look like it was in an accident! They used new OEM parts and the paint is amazing.
I’m very happy with the end results and would recommend to anyone
