International House of Pancakes

Food is okay not great. Season fries nowhere near seasoned. Service is good sometimes. Bus boys are better servers sometimes

There were so many IHOPS within a mile from our hotel it was tough to decide which one to go to. Since all food is the same at all IHOPs it comes down to service and atmosphere. When we walked in it reminded me of my annual summer trip to Mexico. If you are not ok with that don’t come here, I don’t mind it al all. We were seated immediately and offered drinks immediately. Our waitress, Leila came to take our orders quickly after us getting our drinks and she was very polite… How refreshing, service with a smile. Our food didn’t take too long to come out and it was your standard IHOP fare. It was good nothing messed up and everything we asked for. The waitress continued to check on us even after we had our food and when she left the receipt she told us to take our time no rush that she was just leaving it for convenience. All this great and quick service even with a fully packed restaurant impressed me. When we got to the register that was quick too. I’d come back here if I was in the area.

This place is great and so is staff

Disgusting! We were the only customers at 8 pm on a Friday night… and there was a reason. My dinner was absolutely inedible — corn had clearly been frozen/​re-​frozen and was mushy, the gravy on the potatoes was so salty couldn’t be eaten, and the ham steak was burned on one end and too dry to swallow. I would have sent it back, but the waitress dropped off the food and ran back to her lengthy discussion with the cook, and didn’t come back for over 20 mins. By then the rest of my family was done. She couldn’t even be bothered to bring our check… I had to wait around at the register to get her attention. Not a single apology for anything. Other IHOPS are far better. This location is a dump.

Considering how packed this place is every morning, I’m shocked that it has no reviews! :o
Been coming to this IHOP location for many years – it’s cozy, has good servers, and attentive cooks. (Wow, I think I just summed up why it gets 4 stars in one go!) XD
