We are a law firm dedicated to helping Southern California residents with their debt problems. We represent clients throughout Orange and Los Angeles Counties. Kyllander Law, APC, is a federally designated Debt Relief Agency under the United States Bankruptcy Laws. We assist people with finding solutions to their debt problems, including, where appropriate, assisting with the filing of petitions for relief under the Bankruptcy Code.

History

Established in 2006.

Kyllander Law began as a sole proprietorship in the Summer of 2006 in San Diego, California. The business incorporated in 2009 and moved to Brea, California close to where attorney Kristine Kyllander was born and raised. Beginning in January 2013, the law office moved to Santa Ana to be more centrally located to the Central District of California Bankruptcy Court.

I believe that what sets me apart from other bankruptcy lawyers is my extensive experience working for creditors. For over eight years I worked in consumer finance as a collector, collections supervisor, loan originator, loan modification manager, and bankruptcy department manager. Upon graduating from law school, I went to work for a creditors rights firm where I was responsible for representing the claims of mortgage companies in consumer bankruptcies filed in the Southern District of California. Now I am applying all of that «inside» knowledge towards helping consumers.
