Meet the Business Owner

Maria Eva A.

Business Owner

I was born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico which pretty much left me with one main idea: BIG FAMILY, BIG TABLE, and LOTS OF GREAT FOOD. Whenever I am presented with a delicious plate of Mexican food it automatically takes me back to my grandma’s kitchen; the only place I knew I can go to to be spoiled with rich food. Therefore my philosophy at my restaurant is that if my grandma wouldn’t serve me this plate, then I wont serve it to my customers; and if this is not good enough for me to eat, then I wont serve it to them either. Everything cooked in our kitchen is traditionally prepared with only old recepies I got from my grandma and my mother, and of course I will be passing it onto my daughters as well. This is one more way to keep our family Mexican tradition alive.
