WARNING! Do NOT go here they give you $ 50 but NEVER tell you how much they are taking from your refund. I’m not going to go into detail because Liberty Tax is not even worth my review but please do inform yourself call the IRS and find out what your full refund was and compare to the check liberty gives you and see for your self! They are trained to scam hard working people who trust them to prepare their taxes.

This place really help me get all the refund available for me. I used to go a small place on Main St but they wouldn’t ask me any questions. Thanks to my Tax Preparer Noemi I qualify for a big refund. I honestly did not care for how much they were charging me because I felt that they did an awesome job. Thank you Noemi!

This is a deceptive business BEWARE! The employees are trained to scam you into thinking you’re getting a great refund when in reality they are actually taking a HUGE cut for themselves! That’s exactly why they don’t give you any information on how much their really charging you! ASK 3 TIMES! Remember! You can do your basic taxes for about 60 bucks anywhere else and free online! And you keep all your refund! Liberty tax will charge you over 300 plus dollars! Don’t get scammed!

DO NOT COME HERE. I was driving by one day and saw the waiver for this location and decided I would try and give this place a chance. I walked in, the place looks pretty lame its one big room with 2 empty desks one on the left and one on the right. There was one girl sitting at one of the desks, when I asked her how much would she charge me to do my taxes she said she didn’t know she would need my w2, process and input all the information on the system to tell me how much it would cost… hmm i thought that was strange, since to file for my tax return its a basic simple form 1040ez. She processed everything and ended up telling me my refund was going to be a lousy ridicoulous amount, and what surprised me the most she told me that I owed money to the IRS. I thought to myself how could this be??? I had a gut feeling to just grab my paperwork and walk out, which thank God I did. I took my business to H&R block, where they gave me the correct amount of my tax refund and in fact I did not owe money to the IRS. Its scary to think how many people they tell they owe money to the IRS when in fact they don’t, this place is not reliable and would recommend for people to go elsewhere to get things like this processed.

This is the worst place to go!!! No one there knows that they are doing. They charged my taxes thee me $ 300 to do my taxes. I have never spend that much. When I asked them in the begininng how much they were going to charge me they told me $ 150. This place is fraud. I did my taxes early and now I have to wait 1 to 4 months to get my taxes because they fail to tell you any information. I feel so bad for the innocent people that dont know any better. Even the stupid hotline cant give you any information. Im like hello Bitches its my taxes I should be able to have access to that information… STAY AWAY PEOPLE…

Giving this place 1 STAR is a huge compliment. The guys there, especially Edgar, take advantage of people who come in for help. After receiving my tax return check, he took over $ 400 for himself and I was only in there for about 20 minutes. I don’t mind paying for tax services, but greed is something else. My advice, find another tax prepare service; there’s a bunch of places around.

I went to Liberty Tax based on Unilocal reviews, so I feel compelled to say what a great experience I had there. I got a «friendly letter» from the IRS saying I owed thousands of dollars in back taxes. After only getting frustrated trying to figure it out myself, I took it to Liberty. John couldn’t have been better to work with. In language I could understand, he explained what happened and quickly put together an amended return. I ended up with a net refund which was phenomenal. But more than anything, it was the peace of mind that made going to Liberty so worth it. I will definitely do my taxes here every year!
