A place you must try by fair the best lunch truck that has mariscos in Santa Ana. every thing is pre paired .as you order and super fresh we have been coming hear for the past 10 years .and will continue. Any thing you order is super good.

Bomb! Pricey but bomb!
Just ordered a shrimp cocktail and devoured it without adding anything.
The flavor was perfect! Huge shrimps too! They don’t skimp out for how small the cup is they stock it up.
It was pretty pricey at 10 dollars for a small styrofoam cup and no tostadas just crackers.
I’ll for sure be coming back to try out the rest.
It’s totally dingy though. I thighs it would be a restaurant but it’s just a roachie coach on the side of the road in ghetto ass Santa Ana.

I will say that I’m crazy about this place I will continue to keep going back till I get tired of it lol or not but this place is ridiculously soooo good I love the tacos al governador it’s so good tasty it’s just perfect in every taste, I haven’t tried anything else since I’m stuck on the taco but I am taking family on Sunday to share this good location and try something new I can’t wait for Sunday to come — thank heaven for Los Corales

We had the fish tacos & shrimp tacos and they were so delicious. The fish and shrimp tasted so fresh and clean. We’re just sad it’s taken so long to dicover it. We’ll be back soon

I love this place so much I said I would get them to cater to my wedding, but no seriously! my boyfriend and I have been coming here for the past 5 years we live an hour away and still try to make it here once every two weeks. It’s really worth it! It’s no longer a restaurant just a food truck but don’t let that discourage you, food trucks have been such a big trend these past years and they’re very family friendly. The owner knows us by name and always find extra ways to make our time there worth the hour drive. If you’re ever in the area or ever craving good really good mariscos go here! My personal favorite is their tostada de ceviche de pescado (fish tostada) and their shrimp tacos! Every thing is good of course but I always get that when I make it down here.

my wife loves this place she made me come here, on the real the best mariscos truck i have ever had is at san diego on the corner of el cajon blvd and fairmont MARISCOS ALEX. tiburon is cool i only had the shrimp ceviche tostada it was 5 $ but il go there again if im in the hood

The owner used to have a restaurant right accross from his truck. The food is really clean. One of the only places I trust eating oysters from. The tostadas the ceviche de pescado, Camaron, and mixta are all really fresh and delicious! Never had their mexican good as I mainly come here for their seafood. Just recently tried their casuelitas and theyre are delicious. Its a mixture of jaiba, ceviche, shrimp, pulpo all in a tostada!!!
The owner is always very friendly! Just hopes he can open another restaurant because his shrimp al tiburon are amazing!!!

My bf and I ate at this food truck this evening. The food amazed us! The seafood is delicious and fresh. ONLY seafood is served here. The service is friendly and prompt. Cash only, which is to be expected.
The food truck is stationed at the same spot 6 days a week until 6pm. The only day they’re not there is on Tuesdays.

If ur in the mood for fresh seafood, then get ur ass down here to El Tiburon. there is a catering truck outside of the same name. its just as good for tostadas de ceviche, and cocteles. but for a wider selection like outstanding fish and shrimp tacos u have to go inside the restaurant. check it out. ive been here twice now, and everything taste fresh… supposedly their truck’s cocteles and cevfiche taste better. u be the judge
