History

Established in 1987.

Gary L. Marsh, our co-​founder and managing partner began his own firm in 1987 following eleven years with an a.v.-rated California business litigation and transactional firm. Our other co-​founder and partner, Angelo L. Rosa, commenced his own practice in 2003. The two firms merged in 2014, thereby establishing Marsh Rosa LLP. We have offices in Santa Ana, San Francisco, and Lake Tahoe, California; Boise, Idaho; and Denver, Colorado.

Business Owner

Commenced legal career in 1976 as law clerk to the senior partner in a California-​based a.v. rated business transactional and litigation firm. Admitted to practice law in California January 7, 1981. Over 34 years in practice principally in the areas of litigation prosecution and defense, corporate, business transactional, and real estate law (plus five years as Law Clerk to Senior Partner of Long Beach, California-​based a.v.-rated law firm). Extremely diverse practice has also included domestic relations, estate planning, asset protection planning, intellectual property, elder law, computer and cyber, international trade, real property, mining, oil and gas, project finance, water, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, securities, banking and bank regulatory, bankruptcy and insolvency, labor, insurance, antitrust, administrative, construction, white-​collar criminal (including defense of RICO prosecutions), general criminal defense, and appellate law.
