We bought a sofa and coffee table and couldn’t be happier. The pictures and descriptions on the website were accurate and honest. The price was great and the quality was top notch. The showroom has many choices and the service was outstanding.
The delivery people went the extra mile by disassembling the sofa to get it into the room we wanted. Will definitely buy from OC Recycled Furniture again.

Found a great deal on this Crate & Barrel arm chair on their website so I called in to see if I could get it delivered to my place in Long Beach.
Miles was extremely helpful over the phone and walked me through the payment process for the delivery, which arrived two days later.
On the day of delivery I received a text from one of the guys with an ETA and a phone call once they were outside. The sofa chair was nicely wrapped when they brought it in and the condition of the piece was great — very clean, no odors or extreme signs of wear.
Would definitely shop with them again!

I just found this place yesterday for the first time and I love everything about it! I saw a dream sleeper sofa and accent chair on Craigslist, texted the # right away and got a response quickly. When I went over to the warehouse, the owner Darrell greeted me and helped me out. He’s a really friendly guy and made the whole process easy. They even had delivery available for that night! They deliver as late as 7 which is perfect for work hours. The two guys who deliver are great too! I can’t say enough about this place. Will definitely be one of the first places I check when I need furniture in the future!

Best furniture buying experience yet!!! The gentleman in the sales center was so friendly, I could have stayed and chatted all day! The service was just as excellent upon delivery. If you’re looking for a deal– but also want quality and service– look no further!

These guys are amazing. I found their store late last night and wanted a chair I had seen. They were quick to respond and work with me, and there was even a great cyber Monday sale going on the next day which he recommended me! I waited and found a sofa as well and received a quick invoice. I received multiple confirmations as well as phone calls updating me throughout the next few hours. Two hours after payment, both my items showed up! One of my sofas were VERY large and heavy and the two workers made it up my steep and tight stair set and near-​impossibly small doors. So friendly, accommodating and professional! Not to mention my furniture was in great condition (they describe if there are any imperfections) and so comfortable. Thank you!!!

Great selection of bedroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room furniture. Everything has been cleaned/​refurbished/​sanitized off-​site, and all in really good condition. I bought a few pieces and was really happy with the purchases. One of them was a headboard and it was missing a price tag, so Darrell (the manager) let me name my own price. Then it turns out the headboard was missing a few other pieces, so I brought it back and he gave me a full refund.
Darrell is really nice, personable, genuine, he’s not «salesly», he just listens and points you in the right direction. Great experience for buying used furniture, and I will definitely be back for me furniture!

I want to over communicate on Unilocal my pleasure with OC-​RF. They were the first place I looked when I thought I would be buying a different couch. Well life changed and I ended up needing to sell a couch, two tables, two dressers and an ottoman… The email communication was quick, the price was fair and the customer service beyond exceptional!
I was the last pick up of the day, the guys communicated timing with me twice, they stuck to the work order and held true to the previous email quote.
Can I just say Will is so HOT. His partner is excellent, professional and together they are very efficient.

Ahhhh this place sucks

Recently bought a beautiful wood bed frame from this company. I ended up changing my mind before I got the frame but they were soooooo helpful. My first email to them was at 10:30 pm and they responded back within 30 minutes! Not only did they have great response time they were also extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. I will definitely be doing business again very soon!!! You should too!

I bought a sofa that really worked well in my place. Their delivery hit their indicated 10 minute window within the delivery hour after their timely call to say they were on their way. Their very accommodating and easy to work with. And the prices are great.

I have been searching for a sleeper sofa forever, I found one on Craigslist which led me to the website. When I called Josh was super helpful, I paid through Paypal and everything went through in 30 minutes. He wasn’t sure if I would get my delivery the day of, but he called back and was able to get the couch to me in that hour!
My review is mainly for the delivery guys, Will and David, Will called me to let me know they were on their way, called again to give me an ETA, then called when he was outside. Here’s the crazy, the couch didn’t fit in the sliding glass door. Will and David took apart my sliding doors, put the couch where I wanted it, showed me how it worked, AND then put the door back together. Door works great btw. No complaints just smiles and hard work.
Unfortunately, when I slept on it it was awful, they have a 48 hour refund policy and I called the next day. It was a little difficult getting a hold of the right person, but Miles was great. He called me back, invoiced me a refund quickly, and broke down the amounts. He then told me the same guys would be back to pick it up in that SAME hour. I took the door off this time; when Will called he told me if I was at all uncomfortable taking if off they would be happy to do it again. They showed up on time, got the couch out, and even had the tools in case they needed to take the door off again.

Great selection and great prices. Staff is very helpful. Any and all problems have been thoroughly and cheerfully taken care of. I can’t stay away from this showroom.
