Orange County Projector Rentals

Their website doesn’t load and they don’t answer the phone. You can only leave a message. I don’t think I’ll be taking a chance on this business.

I called twice on 2 weekdays and never got a return call. I would love to rate this establishment, however how can a business be a legitimate business without returning a customer’s phone call?!

Scott is a pretty honest guy. I came in Friday asking for 2 projector screens. He suggested two smaller screens due to the small space i have at my venue instead of pushing me for the larger ones which of course would cost me more money. It came out perfect for my event. I would do business again with him.

Orange County Projectors is definitely the way to go! I did my research and came across their website. I emailed for inquiry and received a quick response from Denise, she also did a great job with follow-​up. Since the screen was for my wedding reception wanted to make sure the screen size was the right one and pick up and drop off was coordinated. Scott did a great job in scheduling pick up and drop off and he showed us how to operate the screen. He was so professional, very accommodating, and helpful. The screens worked perfectly for our reception and the prices were great! Thanks for everything Scott, Denise, and OC Projector Rentals, you guys really helped make my event special!

we used oc projector rentals a few weeks ago for a wedding and are very pleased with their quality of service. when i first spoke with scott regarding our projector and screen rental, he was very thorough with explaining our options. prices were waaay better than going through our hotel. we even did our uplighting through them, which was also better pricing than our wedding venue.
i would love to give this company five stars but i took one star our because there was a drop in communication from them for a good month. unreturned phone calls and emails. but as the day approached, they pulled through.

Scott is the MAN! I called in on a Friday and needed 2 projectors for Sunday for my grandmother’s 80^th birthday, given the small time frame I wasn’t getting much luck from other rental businesses, but Scott was able to deliver. He was very knowledgable, and was able to advise me on what I needed, moreover he went above and beyond by even offering more cables than I needed just to make sure all the bases were covered. In addition on the day of the even he was very quick to respond when I had questions about the resolution, frequency, etc. I HIGHLY recommend Orange County Projector Rentals to anyone who needs projector rentals, and even to people who don’t need a projector, I’ll help them find a use for a a projector, then have them rent from scott… just for them to experience great service.

I am sure we did something wrong somewhere… as the other reviews of this business are so good. But we tried to rent some equipment from Orange County Projectors, arranged to meet with someone to pick it up, and no one showed up at the office, no one answered our multiple, increasingly frantic messages and we only got a call-​back four hours after we said we were leaving… hard to recommend this company.

Scott is awesome. I needed a photo montage, projector/​screen/​laptop ome week before my wedding and my venue wanted to charge me $ 700 without the montage. Ummm, I don’t think so. Even as a stressed bride, I wasn’t about to pay that much. Scott worked closely with me and edited the montage until it was to my liking. On the day of my wedding, Scott sent a tech who worked with the venue to get everything set up and they picked it up the next day… it was all so behind the scenes where they didn’t bother me one bit. I mean what bride wants yet another thing to stress about on her wedding day.
Everything went smoothly and prices were great. That’s all I can ask for.
Although Scott if you’re reading this, I am still waiting for the hard copy of my montage, so I can click Play like it’s a movie :)

I needed a projector extremely last minute for a sorority event. We needed it at 7:00 pm and it was already 5:15 when I frantically began searching Google and Unilocal for a projector rental place. Most stores were already closed this late in the evening because, well, we live in Orange County. OC Projector Rentals was the first place I called and they didn’t pick up so I assumed they were closed. I managed to reach one other rental store who offered to stay an extra 15 min and wait for me to pick up the projector, and I agreed until I found out that it would cost me $ 250 DOLLARS just for a few hours!!! Luckily a rep from OC Projector Rentals called me back a couple of minutes later and I explained to him my situation. I said I needed the projector at 7 pm on campus at UCI, and he agreed to bring everything and meet me at the exact classroom on campus that our presentation was going to be held in. He was on time and helped me set up the entire thing bc God knows I wouldn’t have been able to do it.
The rep was extremely helpful and saved my life this night. They catered to all my needs, which was incredible since this was extremely last minute. Also, their rental price was only $ 95 compared to the $ 250 at the other place, and I was offered a student discount as well.
If you need a projector for your event, I highly recommend you call this place. You will save sooo much money and you will definitely be satisfied with your experience.

Needed a projector for an event last year. Friend recommended me to call OC Projector Rentals. Excellent service, and very professional. They even gave me a deal because I’m a student at UCI and I think the owner either went there or goes there.
Helped out with our Rotaract Club banquet May of last year. Didn’t know they were on Unilocal.Would definitely call them again for any projector needs.

I contacted Orange County Projectors to help me with a presentation that I had for a club on campus. They were very friendly, responsive, and were able to help with the club presentation even at the last minute.
It’s really good if you need help with setting up a presentation but don’t know where to get started. I had never done a presentation with projectors, etc. before and was kind of confused but they gave me a lot of information and help along the way.

The customer service at OC Projectors far exceeds the average of what i would expect when coming to rent a projector. I was very satisfied with the fast response and helpful informative staffs they have there. I especially want to thank Scott for being patient with me and all the questions and requests my family and i had. This is a professional business and i would come back again!
