We couldn’t have been happier with how the refinishing went on our Chaise Lounge chairs. Carolyn was extremely helpful in helping us pick out the fabric and through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Carolyn volunteered to contact Brown Jordan re: my faded mesh slings that were no longer under their old warranty policy. Because of her intervention I now have all new slings. My only cost was a reduced labor charge .
We have done business with this company for a long time and wouldn’t consider going any place else. Carolyn and May are as efficient as they are pleasant.

We just got back our Brown Jordan vintage chairs from Patio Furniture Refinishers and they look brand new! The furntiure sat outisde along the oceanfront for over 4o years so they needed a lot of TLC. Carolyn had the cracks at the chair joints welded for a nominal fee, then sand blasted, powder coated and restrapped. All that, and it was still less than buying new. They won’t get much repeat business from me since they did such a fantasic job these chairs will last for another 40 years!

PFR helped us overhaul our worn Tropitone outdoor tables, chairs and chaises. They were great with sending samples and making recommendations. They picked up and delivered our furniture (for a fee. I think it was $ 75 each way. That’s less than what I would have paid to rent a truck and drive to Santa Ana) and completed the job in about 5 weeks. They worked overtime and delivered on a Saturday so that we could have our furniture back in time for my son’s graduation party.
The prices aren’t low, but we chose high quality fabrics and the finish is excellent. The cost was about half of new Brown Jordan furniture.
Carolyn and May were great at communicating by phone and email. Note that they are only open Monday through Thursdays.
We would use them again, but expect our furniture to last 15 – 20 years!

I just ordered a replacement table top as the original was 22 years old
The Tropitone table set was refinished 11 years ago in Greco by Patio furniture refinishers and the finish still looks great…
They do quality work

I had a horrible experience with this company. I brought in my Kingsley-​Bates Lounge chairs to have the fabric changed November 2013. When I came to pick them up several weeks later, they looked awful! The fabric puckered and sagged and the stainless steel frame was gauged in several places. Carolyn said they had never worked on this brand before and whined and complained about how much difficulty they had unscrewing the rods and said she should have charged me more. Really?!? She charged $ 390.00 for the 2 chairs. I asked her to call the manufacturer to find out how the fabric should be stretched. After not hearing from her for several weeks, I called her and she told me she wasn’t able to reach them. She said they worked on the chairs some more and they were ready to be picked up. The chairs still looked no better. Finally, in March 2014, after Carolyn said they could not fix them, I picked them up.
After getting them home and sitting on them several times, the fabric sagged and puckered even more. After examining them, I realized Patio Furniture Refinishers’ mistake. If they had looked at how the original fabric sewn before tearing it off, they would have seen that the fabric had been sewn to form casings that the rods slip though. I contacted Carolyn yesterday in hopes that she would honor the one year guarantee and fix the chairs properly. I didn’t want to write this review without giving PFR a chance to correct their mistake. Unfortunately Carolyn is refusing to honor their guarantee.

We just had Patio Furniture Refinishers sandblast and paint our furniture. It was done when they said it would. The finished product looks great! They were very friendly and helpful. They definitely went the extra mile for us. I would highly recommend them!

This is a great company! Took a chair over and it was recovered in very short period of time with perfect workmanship. I will go back when more need to be done!

My wife and I have a set of Brown Jordan patio furniture from the mid-1970’s that was handed down to us from my parents. After roughly 40 years of use by first my parents, and then us, the furniture was in pretty bad shape. But it was Brown Jordan… which means that even with busted straps and peeling paint it was still 10 times better than most of the low-​quality stuff sold today. And a new set by the same manufacturer would have cost us AT LEAST $ 5000…which is WAY out of our price range. So we decided to get our old set refinished through these guys. They did a bang-​up job! The furniture looks amazing and the price, while expensive (for our budget, anyway), was still a fraction of what the new Brown Jordan patio sets are selling for these days. They stripped all the 1970’s yellow paint, repainted it with powder-​coat and re-​strapped everything. It came out great — totally worth the cost! Highly recommended.

Such nice people! They wisely counseled me about a wrecked-​beyond-​repair unbrella and directed me to a repair shop that handled a tile table repair. Very pleased! I had a patio table sand blasted and refinished by May and her team. The refinish they applied truly looks better than the original table, I couldn’t be happier.

These guys are awesome. I just took my Brown Jordan chaise in for a new strap and they replaced it within about 5 minutes and charged me only $ 5.00. It looks perfect!!!
