— Dr. Gregory has been providing spinal care in Orange County for nearly three decades. He has many patients who have sought his care since the beginning of his practice. We serve the Santa Ana, Tustin and City of Orange areas and are conveniently located at the Fourth Street/​Irvine Blvd. off ramps of the 55 and 5 freeways. Advanced Spinal Care seeks to remain current with developments in Chiropractic care and utilize the most recent advances in gentle and effective treatments.

A 1984 graduate of Western Chiropractic College, Dr. Gregory has been in practice for nearly 30 years. Seven years after beginning his work in Orange County, he received Advanced Certification in Activator Instruments, well before most other chiropractors in this area. We are convinced this is the safest, gentlest, and most effective method for spinal adjustments.

Dr. Gregory has served on the Orange County Chiropractic District Board of Directors for more than 25 years, including three years as president. He was also elected as Vice President for 2012 – 2013.

My family and friends see Dr. Gregory too.
He uses the activator that I like so much better than being cracked. I had a 7 mm herniated disc and recommended surgery about 10 years ago.
Dr Gregory help me become pain free without surgery.

When I first met Dr Gregory, I was skeptical, despite the fact that he came highly recommended. Not of him but of being practically healed almost 100%.
When I had this debilitating lower back pain I couldn’t move any part of my body without cringing in pain. Simple things like getting in and out of the car took me at least 8 minutes (I kid you not!) and it was not just frustrating, it was downright infuriating me to no end.
Dr. Gregory used this activator on all the painful ateas plus the roller bed with alternating heat and cold on different visits and in a few days the pain was much more tolerable than when I first walked, I mean crawled in his office. Finally, thank God, I could function without writhing in excruciating pain, and in about 2 or 3 weeks I was fully healed, I couldn’t believe it.
The best part about being his patient is, after every visit he calls to check in with you just to make sure you’re doing okay. He is so professional yet warm and caring. I mean, have you ever in your life been under the treatment of a busy medical practitioner with a full schedule who took the time to call you?! Not in my 52 years.
Hands down the best chiropractor you’ll ever meet.

Dr G is as good as it gets for chiropractic care –bar none! I have been a patient for nearly 25 years, starting with a skiing injury in my late 20’s to managing the effects of middle-​age and poor sleep positions and posture issues now in my 50’s. Dr G suspected there may be some early signs of osteoporosis (I am male) which was totally NOT on my radar, but diagnostic tests by my family md confirmed his suspicions. So I am now more aware of the benefits of high quality diet and exercise to prevent the osteoporosis from getting worse-​thanks totally to Dr Gregory. A back-​strain/​sprain in 2013 led me to consider cancelling an upcoming European vacation but I persisted through nearly daily therapy for over two weeks and was able to fully participate in my vacation with little discomfort. In 2015 I had sciatica which was treated with great care including checking in post-​treatment via text msg. Please try Dr Gregory and you will be convinced he is the REAL DEAL!!!

Dr. Gregory is about as thorough as you can get. He dots every I and crosses every T. Kind, concerned, efficient and does a wonderful job. He is very knowledgable and holds nothing back. I moved to the OC in July 2012 and needed to find a chiropractor to replace the Activator doc i had for 20 years in Phoenix. I had a couple of false starts but then found Dr Gregory who is fully versed in Activator therapy (try it you will like it).
Unlike most docs that run you in and out in 10 minutes, he gives you his undivided attention to determine what ails you and then treats you. My initial diagnostic took an hour and my maintenance adjustments are 20 to 30 minutes. While adjusting your spine Dr. Gregory also adjusts your mind with helpful insights and health tips. Or just gives you great restaurant tips. After your adjustment, you can relax for 20 minutes with heat pads on one of the therapy beds. It takes an hour, but you will be a new person when you walk out the door! I go back for maintenance adjustments about every 30 days, or whenever the body says ‘ouch’!
Since i started seeing Dr. Gregory he helped me find a real massage therapist. And he recommended a new bed system to me which cured a lot of what ailed me and my wife.
In short, if you want a chiropractor that is interested in helping you feel better, Dr. Gregory is your man!

I’ve seen Dr. Gregory for approx. 10 years now. Prior to seeing Dr. Gregory, I was stuggling with Scoliosis pain and mismanagement. A family friend gave me the referral, and I am so thankful to have found a chiropractor well-​versed in the activator method with great concern for his patients. I cannot provide a higher recommendation!
Other services are offered in this office, and Dr. Gregory has great recommendations/​advice for at-​home maintenance including vitamins/​supplements, pillows, nutrition, etc.
Unlike most health care providers, Dr. Gregory’s goal to see you as little as possible– such a rare and much appreciated quality.
Of course, I must seek ongoing chiropractic help as a Scoliosis patient during my lifetime, but I’m so glad I found a chiropractor who knows how to treat this condition.

I have seen several other chiropractors before, but none were able to help me take care of the specific problem areas that I had and help me manage them better than Dr. Gregory. He is friendly, helpful, and is experienced in his field. Unlike other chiropractors I’ve went to, he uses the Activator tool. I feel it’s a very effective instrument for me because it is more accurate in pinpointing areas of adjustment and doesn’t involve a whole lot of manual pushing and pulling that I’ve had to endure before with other chiropractors. I’ve been seeing Dr. Gregory since 2009 and I will continue to see him to help me manage my back pain.

Dr. Gregory is a wonderful chiropractor. I travel to CA for my job a lot. On a few occasions over the years I have managed to hurt my back/​hip (stress, sitting in plane all day, etc.) but luckily found Dr. Gregory.
Let me just say he is a true healer who cares. He explains what he is going to do beforehand and the expected results. He is very open and honest in his assessment of your condition and accurately predicts when you can expect relief based on his observations.
I recently had a problem with my hip and could not wait for treatment due to heavy workload. As an existing patient, I called him on a Sunday and he agreed to see me to start treatment. What Dr. does that nowadays? I got immediate relief and over the next 3 days he brought me back to an almost pain free state. Another visit at the end of the week and I was back to normal.

I used to go to Dr. Gregory back in 2000 when I worked at the OC Register because everyone recommended him and my back was killing me. I left out of there feeling a lot better and by my third visit I felt brand new.
I haven’t been to him since then until recently and I must say he’s still just as good if not better. I moved around and couldn’t find any chiropractor that treated me as good as he did and made me feel almost 100% better. I’ve been to ones in Florida, Connecticut and in California, some even around corner from him. Don’t ask me why I didn’t just go to him.
I just started getting treated by him again and truth be told, he’s the best chiropractic doctor I’ve ever been to. He educates you on your back and he knows his stuff along with natural remedies.
I recommend him if in the area. He’s right on Tustin Santa Ana border by 55 & 5.

I have used other Dr’s in the past but none has taken the time to listen to my chronic complaints. The doctor has always been there for me. I’ve been going to Dr. Gregory for probably three years now and I couldn’t say enough good things about him. I’ve probably seen a half dozen different chiropractors over the years for sciolosis-​related issues and he was the first who didn’t try to oversell the actual benefits I could expect to derive considering I’ve had the condition for a long time. But he was always confident he could help me manage my scoliosis with regular care and proper exercise, and so it has been. I liked that he was very upfront and honest in his assessment and while I don’t always get adjusted as often as I should I always benefit when I do… plus, he’s convinced me over time that the use of the activator device is safer and more effective. Additionally, he’s great at giving helpful advice on living a healthy lifestyle — truly offering a holostic approach to chiropractry. I recommend him to anyone in need of safe and effective chiropractic care.
