Only $ 6! Great deal! I hate washing my own car so for $ 6 not bad. Dried 75% of my car like a previous review said. I was afraid to try it because of potential scratches that previous reviewers have said, but I had no problem here…
I am not sure how it is on weekdays, but Saturday was packed! And many looked like they were just there for the vacuum, because it was insanely crazy in that area. Nice offer, but I couldn’t even get my mats vacuumed because everyone was cutting me. I actually paid to get my car washed prior. These people just drove straight to vacuums from the streets. Soooo… That kinda sucked. One of those drivers even told me to wait to let her go, uhmm if I wait I hold the line of people (who paid) coming out of the carwash… Not business’ fault… Just the area I guess.
Can something be done to control the masses?!

They used to give you a free towel and air freshener if you got the most expensive wash… I guess they don’t anymore.): I tried to buy one for $ 1 from the vending machine, but it stuck and I couldn’t get it because it didn’t drop. I wanted to try again, but the machine wouldn’t take my $ 5 bills like it said it would.
Whatever, at least the car wash is good, right?

I went to wipe off my rear camera, and I realized the back of my car was still dirty. I had to wipe it off myself. I was mostly disappointed because someone had drawn on my car with the dust yesterday, and it’s exactly that which prompted me in coming here.
My car wasn’t even that dirty to start, it’s only a week old.
): I live a block away, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
Don’t expect a fully clean car if you have a sub compact crossover…

On a busy intersection, but not too terrible getting in and out. Prices are not bad ($ 13 for the best wash available), and you get a 5 minute free vacuum.

This place is pretty slow and always packed. Price increased for express wash from $ 5 to $ 6.
Every time I’m here, and get a female employee trying to guide me into the rails they always do it incorrectly and damage my Mercedes rims.
Pray you get a male worker guiding you in.
Highly don’t recommend this place.

I would give half if they had one. i have been using this place religiously for 2 months never an issue (with my car anyway) and was pretty impressed with the service of the staff. The management on the other hand is horrible!!! They are so rude and condescending. I took my car through today and noticed that my car was a little close to the right side but didnt think twice.. Then on the last one i noticed it was close. Then i felt a hit!.. again my car is small so it usually gets bumped around but today was extra. it scuffed my bumper and scratched my door at the hinge. I told one of the attendants and he even said that they were fixing it and said that it was their fault. Another staff member said that the manager wont do anything and to not stop.. He doesnt help anyone and will try to get out of it. I then made the report and then manager had the audacity to say it happened on the freeway or something else and «I can tell you right now that this is not from us». i told Matthew (the manager on duty) that it hit my car.. HE SAID ITS SUPPOSED TO DO THAT! I have used that car wash many times and it never did that. I told him he will be hearing from my lawyer, and it didnt phase him. All he had to do was apologize and at least pretend to show some remorse and that wouldve satisfied me. Now I will be contacting my lawyer and show them that this is unacceptable. I should’ve listened to my father and never went here. He had the molding get ripped off his 2 year old SUV. if they did to us, how many other people have they done this too. While hiding under their «we are not liable sign» this is BS. Never go here!!! I cancelled my account and will be telling everyone! This isnt aimed at the staff. They were very nice and even showed more empathy. Its the management.

$ 5 CAR WASH CHEAP??? I THOUGHT SO TOO UNTIL THE CONVEYOR BELT BROKE AGAIN AND NOW I END UP PAYING $ 500 WORTH OF DAMAGE TO REPLACE MY TIRE AND WHEEL AND THE OWNER REFUSED LIABILITY AND CLAIM THAT I HAD DAMAGE PRIOR TO GOING INTO THE CAR WASH. WHAT A LOAD OF BS! SO THINK TWICE COMING HERE IF YOU HAVE A NEW CAR OR CARE FOR YOUR CAR. NOT WORTH IT.
Incident: The conveyor belt broke before I got a chance to run my car through the car wash. One of the employee told everyone who was already in the rail to drive over the rotors. I told him that I was not going to do that since my car has 18″ rims with low profile tires and that by manually driving through will cause damage to the tires and wheels. He said there was nothing he can do but for me to drive over the rotors. And did not bother helping me through the rail to guide me. Sure enough there was damage to my tire and rims after I drove through. I contacted the manager and he said he is not responsible even though it was his employees who did not act with due diligence by not helping guide customers who has to manually drive out of the rails. They expect customers to be able to drive out on our own not knowing how to or being the first time.
Contact the manager (Matthew Vencill 909−202−7793) and he claims that I had damage prior to going to his car wash and will not be responsible for the damage. There is no way I can have a vertical slit on my tire with curb rash. See pictures.
If you have similar complaints, contact BBB or take them to small claims court.

It’s a matter of principle now and not monetary anymore.
They should be getting a 0 star if it was allowed.

HELLO…THE DAMAGE IS ON THE DRIVER SIDE FRONT TIRE AND WHEEL!

Went to get my car washed on July 11, 2015, My car got stuck on the conveyor as I was pulling out & my tire was damaged in the process. The attendant asked me to fill out an Incident Report & he would have the owner contact me. It has been nearly 2 months & I have yet to receive a call from the owner.
I have called numerous times & have spoken with Jesus, Juan & Artie & they all informed me that they would have someone call me back so we can have the issue resolved. Still no phone call.

Can I say this place is awesome for its price? You get to vaccum your car for FREE. And the vaccum is powerful so it does its job well. Then you pay $ 5 for your carwash and you get to sit inside your car and it finishes up in 5 minutes or so. Quick and simple. Your car also looks very well done afterwards.

I always go here to wash my car. I usually clean my car by myself because I don’t like people touching and wiping my windows down. I like this car wash express because you can just pay for $ 5 your car will be clean! they have free vacuums and a mat cleaner, which you can all do by yourself. Take your time, but don’t take too long because I believe they have a limit on the vacuums now. Workers here are really nice, they often walk around to see if you need help or assistance. They also clean your tires and wax it for you if you asked them to, just gotta tip them a few extra dollars.

Poorly managed. I paid for the $ 13 wash and ended up with a $ 5 wash. Which was confirmed by an employee and he gave me a card since the manager wasn’t there. I went there a week later and they gave me a free wash but not the $ 13 wash paid for the week previous.
Also, don’t expect to use the free vacuum since there isn’t any time limits on how long people can use the vacuum parking spaces. The people were basically detailing their vehicles there.
Definitely try to avoid.

This car was is actually outstanding. I see people coming in for a car wash with the 5 $ one I did the 13 which is a complete package and my car came out clean n shiny. I have a infiniti g35 coupe

$ 5 for a quick (less than 1 minute) drive thru car wash + FREE vacuuming?! Count me in. You can do other upgrades, but I feel like it doesn’t make much of a difference. Also, sometimes the worker sprays water on my car before I enter the drive thru and sometimes they don’t. why?! Worst part is, the dryer isn’t that strong too and only dries 75% of your car (face palm*). but hey, you get what you pay for! Once you’re done, go buy their $ 1 towel or use your own towel to dry your car yourself. Afterward, you can drive off and be on your merry way or take advantage of their vacuum… Me? I always vacuum. :)

If you have a nice car, this is not the place for you. Something about machine washed that leaves more room for error. The main attraction is unlimited vacuuming. You can take your time for a thorough cleaning. The cheapest wash is $ 5 dollars, which is the only option I recommend as my car came out wet. The place offers a rag towel for $ 1 so that you can add the finishing touches. While in the machine wash, leave the car in neutral and make sure you look at the light at the end to see when you can leave.

So you drive up to the queue, follow the instructions on the handy little kiosk (if you get stuck very attentive attendants hop right up to your window to help), drive up to the conveyer belt, throw the car into neutral, get shuttled through the washer, and you’re on your way!

You don’t have to talk to anybody
You don’t have to get out of the car, technically
Free vacuum — it is SUPER powerful! It’ll suck up your loose change (and dolla bills) so be careful!
Cons /​tips:
The dryer doesn’t dry the back of your car at all, so you should bring a rag to wipe it down
My prius C (it’s a hatchback) was still pretty dirty in the back
It’s really hard to turn left when you get out
$ 20 unlimited monthly washes, but seeing as how we’re in the middle of a terrible drought, maybe it’s best if you wash your car less? That’s my excuse for how long I go between washes…

$ 5 car wash will wash 75% of the dirt. The brushes left small scratches on the top of my car, and failed to brush the front hood. But since this level is $ 5, I don’t expect perfect cleaning. I’d recommend coming here for a light scrub, and having to clean again once you’re home.

Have you discovered the $ 5 car wash? It will change your life. For a paltry $ 5, you drive your car through an automated chute and scrub a dub dub, your car emerges relatively clean and dry on the other end. It is not totally clean, granted. Stubborn bits of bird poo need extra scrubbing and your rims are probably still dirty but it’s only $ 5 what do you honestly expect?
You can upgrade for options like wax and other things but I haven’t tried those yet. My favorite part of the wash are the free vacuum stations with vacuum hoses on both sides of the car. Nothing is as satisfying as sucking out all the leaves, rocks, and crumbs that have accumulated in the foot bed!
These places are popping up all over LA/​OC. They are affordable, are extremely water efficient and reuse/​reclaim water, and are a lifestyle convenience. My husband did try another similar one elsewhere and said it didn’t do a very good job so just know they are not all the same!

Overall: not bad, you get what you pay for. Beware if you have a black car you will get swirls here.
It’s a quick wash, it meant to be a maintenance after a real clean since it doesn’t do a very good job with washing. Spaces are a bit small. The vacuums are strong, they have a clip to hold your mat. Two vacuums to per station so everyone gets two.

What can I say? 2 wash special for only $ 8 bucks, quick drive-​thru car wash, vacuums that suck (in a good way!) and I’m done in just a few minutes. They even have a special car mat cleaner!
I like how helpful the people are too. They’ll push all the selections on the touch screen to get you going and then guide your car so it’s centered on the track. The they’ll do a quick manual pressure wash before you enter the fun car wash. My kids love it!
It’s a new car wash, only a few months old as I write this, so it’s all state of the art and eco friendly. They use way less water than it would normally take, so that’s just a bonus. :)

I’m thoroughly happy with this place. it’s close to my house/​work and the hours open are convenient. i got the $ 10 wash and was satisfied with the wash quality.
disclaimer: i have a white toyota corolla. no pearl, no metallic paint. so any scratches don’t really show unless you took a florescent /​detailing lamp to it.
staff is friendly and best of all, free vacuums.
i also was pleasantly surprised by the air dryers used in the unit, it dried my car almost 95%. which was an amazing accomplishment for a drive thru car wash. i would suggest doing the $ 5 wash typically, and do a $ 10 wash once every 1 – 2 months. the $ 13 wash didn’t seem that much more special compared to the $ 10 one.
ps: $ 20 unlimited ($ 5 wash package) monthly pass? best ever. I would get a $ 10 wash once then do the monthly unlimited for 1 – 2, maybe 3 months and get another $ 10 wash then. save money and quality.
