If only I could give it 0 stars, if only. Sigh* the owner is just a piece of shit. This guy represents his name proudly because Dick Christie is the biggest dick I have ever met in my life. It’s funny because he’s always talking about customer service & yet he doesn’t listen to most of his customers calling him an asshole. Easily one of the rudest people you can meet and it’s amazing that some people put up with this guy. Dick Christie without a doubt is the biggest cunt you’ll ever meet if you go to his company to do business with.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Our business recently ordered an illuminated outdoor sign and the result completely blew our expectations! The quality and design was too good to be true. I definitely recommend them!

BEWARE FRIENDS! DON’T DO BUSINESS HERE! The owner DIck really lives up to his name at this poorly run sign company. If your job is not that important to you, or if you don’t care about receiving anything closely related to customer service, then Dick is your guy. I called Promotional Sign Company moments after signing my new lease. I was referred to them by the property management company. They were described as «top notch» «quality work» and «fast.» Well, I would replace those with ‘Doesn’t Care about new business’, ‘Poorest customer service in the history of customer service’, and ‘slower than molasses.‘
I called Promotional Sign Inc. end of May and was greeted by an answering machine. I left a message as prompted by the machine. After no return call for several days, I called again. This time I was told that I did not leave a message but I can go ahead and email the graphics. This was a bit frustrating as I was basically told I was lying. I immediately emailed the graphics and explained I am open to adjustments as this is my first sign of this size, and to please contact me to discuss. After a week of no call or email, I contacted them again. I was told I need to talk to «Rich» and he was on vacation but they received my graphics and «not to worry.» 2 weeks later no call, no email still. The property manager then contacted them as I had explained the delay. The owner DICK, was put on the phone with me. Now this was the rudest person ever. Within moments of me explaining my situation he abruptly interrupted me and said, «Go find another company!» I handed the phone back to the property manager (as I had witnesses sitting next to me during the call and they did not understand what was happening as I was calm).
Long story long, I contacted Promotional Sings Inc for business on May 30, 2014. Today on June 18, almost 3weeks later, Dick lives up to his name leaving a new business HIGH AND DRY.
