They specialized in low cost listing commission programs in order to save the homeowner thousands of dollars in their selling transaction in order to have more flexibility when acquiring a new home, giving the buyer up to a 1% closing bonus to assist them with their closing costs, loan modifications, and settlements. They’re goal is to assist existing and new homeowners obtain financial flexibility while in their real estate transaction.
