This place flat out sucks! The kid couldn’t get our order right, it was 3 orders but come on. The food pretty much sucked. It wasn’t good at all. And to top it off theres another male employee on break or something walking around with just the shirt no name tag having cinnatwists. Wtf!!! lmfao fail!

I once made the mistake of going inside this Taco Bell. I think I was approached at least three times, but I want to say it was closer to five, by different people asking for handouts. Kids. Young-ish kids with track marks and/or meth sores all over their young, dirty faces. It was depressing and uncomfortable. I hit up the drive-thru now because Taco Bell is one of the few places you can grab a satisfying vegetarian fast-food meal in a hurry. I’ll go here on my lunch break and grab a bean burrito(add sour cream) and then take a stroll through the Marshalls across the parking lot. The girls working the window are always very sweet and pleasant and my order is always correct. The food never has that microwaved consistency. It feels about as fresh as you can get… for Taco Bell. I would score this place higher if it weren’t for the people walking up to your car or approaching you inside the restaurant. Management should really do something about that. Most of the employees who work at the counter or the window are very young women. There should be a senior manager who takes care of keeping the place feeling safe and nice. The review feels both classist and sexist. I’m mad at myself for that… so let me explain further. Does this place lose three stars just because of the homeless situation? Yes and no. It’s because this Taco Bell has become a haven for homeless youth with drug addictions. And it doesn’t feel right. I don’t think it’s a haven because Taco Bell management wants it to be. I don’t get the sense that Taco Bell management really feels for young people struggling with addiction and living on the streets and so they give them free food and/or water. I think what you have here is a gathering of young, drug-addicted homeless individuals because the employees are too afraid to ask them to leave. And a 19-year-old girl working minimum wage shouldn’t have to also play tough guy while she’s on the clock.

Came last night for a quick bite. Took 10 minutes to get my order. Food was cold. Still didn’t even get my order right. You know how when you get food to go you normally wait to get home before you eat it? As soon as I got out of the drive they I parked to eat a taco because I was starving. It was cold. The shell was stale. The lettuce was soggy and the meat was cold. Ridiculous. Just stopped by again just now at 1AM. My roommate wanted some. Driving past it the«Drive Thru Open» neon light was o so we stopped by. Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes and no answer. Honked my horn. No answer. Drive next to the window and knocked on the window and no answer. Never coming here again.

I mean, the girls are totally nice and everything, friendly even, and they apologize every time to me, but I just cannot figure out for the life of me WHYISTHISTHESLOWESTTACOBELLEVER!!! I just don’t get it. Either they just don’t give a single WHAT or something is wrong with their equipment and it slows them down, but either way its not worth it. You will never get out of this drive thru in under 15 minutes. It was me and two other people and it took over 20 minutes and I saw them hand each of us one small bag so its not like we ordered the whole menu. The food always tastes ok but they do mess up orders. And to add insult to injury, my number 4 in Riverside costs $ 8.09 but they cost $ 8.52 so they’re more expensive than other taco bells too. Makes nds!

03÷04÷15: CAN I GIVETHISTACOBELLZEROSTARS?! My dad had THISSCREW in his California AM Crunch Wrap! He was there this morning around 10 – 10:15am. How does that even happen? Did you guys want him to have more of a crunch by possibly breaking his teeth on that? More than one email has been sent to corporate already. Absolutely disgusting!!! NOONEGOHEREUNLESSYOUWANTTOENDUPEATINGSCREWS!!! **UPDATE03/05/15** After complaining all over social media, someone called me from this location today. Nothing wrong with the woman. I don’t want the blame on her, it is more Taco Bells fault I’m sure. 1) I have to bring the screw in for them to send to corporate to get tested. To be honest I don’t trust them. They could easily just throw it away. 2) I was offered to get the meal replaced. I’m sorry, but why on earth would we want to eat Taco Bell again after that?! Just doesn’t make sense. Taco bell sucks.

Drive thru prices are incorrect. The teenage girl just shrugs it off. What lousy service too. Iced tea is old– They don’t clean the metal tank daily.

YES, its 2AM you just got out of the club and see taco bell all lit up… well get ready to be very disappointed because they never turn their lights off. they have been closed for over an hour now. If you come here during the day, they have decent service but 5 out of 10 times I’m missing something in my order.

I haven’t actually been able to order food here yet. I drive by early in the mornings and occasionally see the Drive Thru Open sign lit. At 7:08am today I decided to stop. Waited 5 min at the speaker and asked«hello» several times. No one around, no one answered. I drive around to the window and saw they didn’t actually open until 8am. I give one star for false advertising.

ALWAYS gets the order WRONG!!! Seriously, I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell intermittently for about two years. It was bad before construction, and never improved after, as far as drive-thru orders go! Food is standard taco bell food. But when I order a chicken chalupa and come home to a beef chalupa, I’m gonna be a little pissed. When it happens EVERY time, I’m gonna be a lot more pissed. When I wait 6 months and forget why I don’t go to this Taco Bell anymore and get home and it’s a beef chalupa AGAIN, I’m going to write about it on Unilocal!Sorry! But to anyone thinking about going to this location, here’s your warning that you should pull over and check to see if your order is right. They still charged us for chicken, which costs extra. OH — now looking in the bag again, where’s our tacos??? Sorry, we’re tired and forgot why we don’t go to this location anymore, which is right by where we live. Now we are home about to relax, and seriously, I banned this place about 6 months ago for this exact same reason, but forgot today. I really feel like people should be warned. Check your order!!!

Newly remodeled… looks super nice, but Taco Bell food still tastes the same. It’s conveniently located near my work, so I can walk here. I had the crunchy, beefy burrito. Nice concept, but when it gets cold, the flamin’ hot fritos get too hard to eat. I think I’ll stick to tacos and the nacho supreme!
