One of the best places I’ve had Thai food at. Their Pad Thai is delicious, most def a must have. Only reason why I’m giving them 4 stars is because they don’t have a bathroom. However the food was great!

All I can say is I had the red curry chicken for dinner, spent the rest of the night and early morning throwing it up.

Pad Thai a bit sweet but good and generous portion. Shrimp rolls are tasty. The ladies here are very nice and friendly. Would definitely come back to try other items.

Best Thai Food by far! My husband and I have been coming here since early 2014 and what first got our attention was the staff. The ladies were so welcoming and made us feel just like we were having dinner at a family’s house! Not only does their menu rock but they do special orders for our special cravings! The owner Kenny truly cares about his business and it shows from the moment you walk in and see him behind the counter jumping in and getting his hands dirty cooking the food! My husband and I unfortunately moved but still make it a must to drive there on a weekly basis for our Thai Way kick! Trust me… Don’t waste your money anywhere else!!!

I go to Thai spice in Costa mesa for some Thai food. I recently discovered this joint. It is small, but the food hands down is bomb. I live 4 mins away walking and a minute away in the car. I am happy I found a good quality and okay money range Thai food spot

It’s a very small place, but the staff are very friendly. My family and I ordered to-go on impulse and were pretty satisfied. They really liked the beef salad. Their pad Thai was alright. Each portion was about $ 7 – 8. Pretty good.

I love thai food. I came here last sunday and phoned in an order of pad see ew with tofu. They said it would be ready in 10 minutes and it was. The food was delicious and warm as well as generously portioned. The old lady was very sweet and very happy to see me. The only reason I took off a star was because they had some meat in their and I don’t eat meat. I’ll be sure to be clear and ask next time so they don’t include it. Anyway, definitely enjoyed the food after I picked out the chicken.

DELICIOUS! FRESH! and friendly and kind service. We’ve tried several dishes here including pad thai, pad see ew, crab fried rice, Tom yum kai to name a few and all have been delicious and satisfying. We will definitely be coming back. Yum!

Great hole in the wall quick Thai food. I like this better than the fancy thai places. Taste is authentic. Good Service. Its casual and quick but doesn’t taste like the greasy fast food thai places.

I was totally craving Thai today. Challenge: I just started working in a new job in a new city. So, theres lots of exploring to do. Here’s my problem: I’m spoiled when it comes to Thai food. I love Thai food and should have been born Thai. So I found this place on Unilocal.Good reviews, nice photos. I ordered the combination fried rice. It was just okay. Not a lot of meat or flavor. Bummer. Maybe I’ll give it a second chance in a few months.

I don’t live in the area anymore so I don’t visit this place as often as I’d like, but I had a chance to recently. The quality of food and service is just the same, which is why I wanted to write an update. Seems like the lady owner is still there and super nice like the last time I remember her. She even gave me a free Thai iced tea with my takeout order. Anyways definitely check out this place if you’re in the area! It’s a great mom and pop place, and those could always benefit from more business.

Love this place for its great lunch specials. Where else can you get food, legit Thai food, with Thai tea for less than $ 10 at lunch? You might know a place, but I don’t! I’ve been coming regularly since I found it and I’ll keep going whenever I’m near and its lunch time.

Ordered here for the first time today and it was a great experience! I used the Eat24 app to place an order and when I arrived there a few minutes later they already had everything ready for me. I had the lunch special with the pad thai, salad and stuffed wonton. Everything was top notch and even better than other fancy sit down thai places. A ton of food for only 7 bucks. I ordered the young coconut drink and they told me they didn’t have it and asked if the canned juice was fine. I said sure but they gave me a free thai tea for good measure. These guys are great! Will definitely be back again!

Came with coworkers for lunch and it was okay. The food was good. The service was good; however, they seemed to be short staffed and one of our coworkers never got his food. Overall, if I come back I will definitely call in my order. Then we visited café lu next door

3.5 stars. My pad thai was too sweet(I like my pad thai to be more savory than sweet, not sure which is the more authentic way though). But lunch special($ 6.99 I think?) comes with a cream cheese wonton, so yay. I love those fatty pillows of heaven. My friend ordered a pineapple fried rice, which looked really good, and I would get next time! The service was amazing, and the lady who served us was so sweet. I’m not in this area too often, but if I were, it’d be a great regular lunch option!

Owners are sooooooo friendly!!! I walked in and this lady greeted me with a smile and she was super soft with me and made me feel so welcomed. She also prepared everything for me very softly and slowly – really nice lady! I ordered the Mango Sticky Rice for my mom who likes it and it came out to be 7.50 $… kinda expensive for rice with coconut syrup and one mango. Eh, it’s fine though as long as it’s good. However, it wasn’t THAT good, it appears as if they drizzled the coconut syrup so it wasn’t evenly distributed. Also, there was patches of dry rice that seemed to almost harden so it was not very consistent. Not sure if I will come back to this place because I haven’t tried their other dishes yet.

I probably get Thai food once a week. My significant other and I have tried Thai restaurants from all over. The one nearest to us has been a huge disappointment since they changed owners. Because Thai Way is nearby where he works, he decided to give this place a chance. We got ordered the following and its description: Shrimp rolls– Shrimp wrapped and deep fried in wonton wrapping paper served with sweet sauce and fish sauce. Really good and a good option for an appetizer. Crab fried rice– The portion was huge! For two i don’t think we even ate half. It was served with an Asian flavored egg omelette on topped. It was flavorful and went well with the other food we got. Chicken– It was pieces of chicken chopped up in the box. It was a little dry. They give you a lot of chicken with sweet and sour sauce. It was probably my least favorite because it was dry and not flavored as well. Shrimp Pad Thai– Really flavorful and my most favorite. It came with plenty of shrimp and the portion was also large. I recommend this. The restaurant is more of a to-go place. It is small with four-five tables. The lady working was really nice. The wait was 15 minutes for all that food and the total was $ 30. I thought it was completely worth it considering how everything, except the chicken, was really good and how large the potions were. We will be ordering from here more often.
