Rex Tran, Esq.

Since becoming a member of the California Bar, Rex Tran has focused his practice on representing consumer debtors in bankruptcy. Prior to forming The Law Offices of Chen & Tran, Mr. Tran was a Managing Attorney for the largest bankruptcy firm in the nation

To date, Mr. Tran has handled over 900 Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. As a Managing Partner, Mr. Tran continues to handle matters personally. His aim is to ensure that all staff members are trained to provide the highest quality service to our bankruptcy clients.

Michael H. Chen, Esq.

As a practicing lawyer, Mr. Chen has experience advising business clients in various industries, including fenestration production companies and homeowners’ associations. Mr. Chen also has civil litigation experience handling breach of contract disputes and interstate shipping cargo damage claims.
