$ 5 to open membership, $ 1 for $ 2 blue ray. The girl always has a bad attitude and always has a look on her like if shes passing gas. If you say thank you she wont answer. Worst customer service…

Been going there for 10 years. Always great prices and selections of new releases!

This is strictly for the rental options here. Everyone knows this place is humid, smells old and is packed but aside from that I’ll never rent anywhere else. It’s a dollar per dvd per day. If you don’t bring them in prior to 9pm the next day you pay one dollar each day you don’t return the dvd. Great selection! They have MUNCHIES at the front but i say go next door to 99¢ store. For membership it’s five dollars and bring your mail with name on it as proof along with your ID.

This place is just horrible!
Horrible customer service. The girl has one of the worst attitudes I’ve seen in my life. I came here couple of times. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone ! Stay far far far Away ! Bunch of losers with attitudes.

Extremely bad customer service. The girl that is there is NO help at all i do not know why they still have her working there. If she’s not useful. There is this new girl that every time I go in there she is on her phone, I once was standing in line for 5 mins waiting to get help and while the guy there was helping customers she was on her phone texting. It seems like they just want to help customers that they feel like helping. Price and selection is good but the customer service is really bad, I have been coming here for a while, I won’t be coming back until they make a change in their customer service though. Red box and Netflix it is for now. DESERVES NO STARS …

Excellent selection. Great customer service. The guy that works there Miguel, should be employee of the month cuz that guy is absolutely nice and polite. The girl is without a doubt a supermodel that works there part time. Everytime I go in day or night, she makes my day. Sometimes I talk to her but just as I knew I’m not her type. Maybe if I was Channing Tatum she would notice me. Anyways these two workers are always hustling and organizing keeping that store nice and tidy. I don’t know what the bad commentators were smoking when they visited cuz they totally got it wrong. They are the reason I will never rent from any other DVD store. Keep up the good work. Video One plus for life!

Pretty cool selection of movies. They always have movies that isn’t suppose to be released yet. It always trips me out.
Their selection of movies is broad. The upside to video rental stores like this, as opposed to a REDBOX, they have a better chance of having the old movie you just feel like watching.
For example, I really wanted to watch «Pulp Fiction». The chances of a Redbox having that movie is slim to none. So I go in, asked the worker if they have the movie, and what do you know, «Pulp Fiction» on DVD. Awesome!
I will always come here if I really feel like watching an old movie a Redbox might not have.

I had been coming here for about 2 years & it was great…’til recently. If we rented a movie that skipped, or just wouldn’t work, they would first have 2 test it of course 2 make sure you’re not lying, then they’d give you another copy or let you rent another if that was the only copy.
So we rent a movie for the whole family 2 watch on Thanksgiving & it wouldn’t even get to the menu & everybody was excited to watch Wallie, so we didn’t get to watch it that night so I go buy it at Best Buy for $ 20 the next day & go back to ask to rent something else. Well it’s the owner lady who says she can only give me the other copy of the movie. So I explain what happened & all she says is that it’s company policy… SHE’S THE OWNER & can make an exception. Anywhere else would take a look at my account & see how much money I’ve spend & for how long & give me credit or a movie… REDBOX does that all the time… if you have any kind of problem, they will give you TWO free codes to rent 2 free movies to make up for it, but this place won’t do anything like that… I mean come on, it’s just a dollar. It doesn’t matter whether you sell $ 80k cars or $ 1 movies, customer service is most important.
I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE.
I will go to REDBOX for all new movies… its only $ 1 too & you will get free promo codes on occasion if you «Like» them on Facebook.
I will also go to the Main Place Mall Theater on Tuesdays & pay $ 1 to watch a semi-​new movie on the big screen… for older movies, there are a lot on HULU & Crackle online… which is FREE. (Hulu+ has a lot more movies & shows for a small monthly fee) OR you can do Netflix FREE Trial 4 a month.

Great Selection at a great price $ 1
Somehow get movies before they come out. (maybe two weeks before)
Also get those indie movies that other video places do not get.
They also carry Blu-​Rays and some games plus some VHS? ha

Great video store! HUGE SELECTION. Decent amount of blu rays but the prices is what makes me come back. $ 1 for dvd’s $ 2 blu rays $ 1.50 porn
The only thing I don’t like are some of the people who work there. The two fat girls and short guy with green eyes. They’re always texting or doing SOMETHING with their phones instead of trying to help customers who are waiting in a huge line and when they do finally help you out they give you this extremely rude attitude. I was just there a few days ago and the short dude with green eyes was trying to pick a fight with a CUSTOMER! I was like «are you kidding me»??? I have yet to complain to the owner about this incident.
If you ignore those 3 people I mentioned, you’ll keep coming back bc the owners are soo friendly and always keep the store clean.

Heck yes. I like this! Cheap rentals and a great selection! You all should definitely to support this great mom and pop store! Also, the son, donnie, is a great asset!
