Pharmacist Nam Nguyen is lazy and overpaid… does not take care of patients and always claims to be too busy to transfer prescriptions out to other pharmacies — the very same ones that he is too lazy to fill on time. Very unprofessional and rude, at least this one Pharmacist I dealt with…

Pham tech amazing, pharmacist on duty not so. You can’t tell a customer to leave go to another pharmacy just because your busy and can’t work the computer. Very poor customer service skills on the pharmacist side. Pharm tech she was awesome and got things working, but to be told to leave b/c your busy when your willing to wait and not in a rush is. Well rude and poor service.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Walgreens. I went to the Photo Department to take a passport picture and I wasn’t greeted upon arrival. The service clerk took about 5 minutes before acknowledging me. He walked me to the«photo booth» and forgot to put batteries in the camera. On his way back, he begins assisting another customer while I’m waiting to take my picture. I noticed that there was management around but they didn’t bother asking the service clerk if he needed help assisting customers. After waiting a total of 15 minutes, the service clerk tells me that the camera isn’t working. I understand it wasn’t the clerks fault for the technical malfunction; however, he could have provided better customer service. I will not return to this Walgreens in the future.

In April, May 2011, right after my back surgery… THEYSTOLE my meds. I was missing 15 Norco TWICE and had them count it to me after that… until i found a Good Neighborhood pharmacy down by the indoor swap meet. The chain itself, or the people at that particular location… are drug dealers. I outed them on Facebook the day it happened and other people came forward with the same story(from different stores). They will lie until they’re blue in the face, about how 2 people counted it. Ok, well the second person who counted is either the crook, or both of the counters split it… or the company tells their employees to do that and they’re committing fraud and should be shut down! I called the Walgreens corporate office to complain and they never followed up with me. It’s most likely the company… use CVS if you insist on a chain pharmacy.

We stopped in to this Walgreens for some candy — and walked in approximately 10 until 10. we did not know what time the store closed. we were looking around, and we heard the announcement that the store was closing at 10. literally 1 minute later, Vince perhaps the store manager, approached us and said«you have to leave«I said what? we are looking at the candy. he said«we’re closed — pay for your purchase and leave» are you flipping kidding me? where does this loser get off treating customers like this? the 2 gals at the cash register were almost as rude. Incredible that any manager of a large chain at the corner of «happy and healthy» acts this way.

Their pharmacy staff are friendly. They don’t keep you waiting like other pharmacy. They call you to remind you to let you know your description is ready. I been coming here for 2year’s.

I’ve got to say that this is my Walgreens neighborhood store, it’s less than half a mile from my house and I’m there probably every other day. I’ve got to give mad props to Dan the man, he is my favorite cashier, anywhere, without a doubt, I love walking in the door and seeing his smiling face and appreciate his kindness.(Dan, thanks for being you, I appreciate you. I hope you get a promotion and are running things soon.) Vince, one of the managers, took a little warming up to, but he’s cool. I think he’s just shy, but really this review is to complain about an employee named Carol, who works in the beauty department and should be avoided at all costs! She is the worst Walgreens associate, the worst employee at a drugstore anywhere that I have ever encountered in my whole entire life. I went in there 2 weeks ago to buy a pack of cigarettes and asked her to please help me figure out which pack was the least expensive, and as she moved out of the way, she said«you can see, can’t you?», she proceeded to laugh at me as I payed with change, made a snide remark, saying that I could not count, because I gave her $ 4.82, instead of 5 dollars on the money, so walgreens management, I highly recommend and would really appreciate it if you fired her, immediately. I’m a lover, not a hater, but this girl made me feel embarrassed that I was paying with change– and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. I left feeling degraded and humiliated, until I realized, like I just said, there’s nothing wrong with paying with change. Some other remarks, it’s a very clean store and they’ve got great deals, clearance items, all the time. They always seem to have what I need. And yeah to sum it up, promote Dan, fire Carol & call it a day.

Would give a zero if I could. DONOTDEVELOPYOURFILMHERE! They ruined my film and then blamed it on me. They said I opened my camara and exposed the film… I’ve been taking pictures with the same canon for years I now. It’s been a while since I’ve used it. But for my sisters maternity session decided to give it a try. Target doesn’t develop film anymore, so they were my only option. So regret it!!! Should have never walked it. They said it was my fault but I’m 110% sure it wasnt. The two blurry pictures I did get weren’t even aligned correctly, two pictures in one photo sheet proves they didn’t even place the film correctly when developing. There’s nothing I can do, the film is ruined. I’m no expert but did consult with a photography teacher and photography major student and both said the same thing. I called walgreens they didn’t do anything. What makes me even more upset is that they keep calling that my photo order is ready for pick up!!!

terrible experiences at every pharmacy I go to except Rite Aid on Bristol, this was the worst! my RX wad called in at 11 am. I get there to «pick it up» and I had to wait in the drop off/pick up window. horrible customer service and the pharmacist was overworked and slow as… I stood in line for 15 minutes and at the counter waiting for 45 min. I’d give no stars if I could. never leaving Rite Aid on S. Bristol.

They need more people here or work faster. First time ever where I have to wait 15 mins in line to drop a prescription. The place itself is nice and clean

For pharmacy only– Waaaaaaay better than any CVS which for some reason are ridiculously busy especially the one by choc. Everyone that works there seems like they’re scrambling all the time. Not at walgreens goes smooth all the time and usually no line and no waiting around plus they have a drive thru!
