Great food! The service is a little slow but the wait is totally worth it. I recommend the bacon chicken burger. The ranch is delish!

I gave this restaurant a 2 star rating because of my expeirence. Overall the people where nice, and it was a clean resturant. They food was lacking though, I ordered the new york steak breakfast platter. The steak was so small for the price and it didn’t have any flavor. And the burger my date ordered upset her stomach. I’ll probably not comeback to this one.

Disgusting place. Management and the rest of the employees don’t care about customers. I’ve only been twice but that’s enough for me. First visit food was terrible service was atrocious. Parking lots was as mess as well. Second and last visit I came in around 2pm. No one at the register cook looked and me hen back to cleaning the grill. He couldn’t care less if I wanted to order. So I left. If this business doesn’t want any business they should just sell the property and leave.

I love the food there it’s always yummy I’ve gone there about 5 times. But the reason why I’m giving it one star is because 4 out of 5 times that I’ve been there. There has been a long piece of hair in the burgers!!! And in my boyfriend’s fries. That is disgusting and people please watch what you are biting!

The service is really bad. They are really rude and disconnected to the customer. They don’t take orders over the phone for pick up.

My family and I are regulars here. Their burgers are great! Love the fresh out of the grill taste. Bacon burger is my usual. Also their chili fries are hands down the best in town, haven’t found any better. Zucchinis are the bomb these are thin slices like fries not thick, which is how I like them. Love Yellow Bask!

I used to come to this place so often the worker there already knew what I wanted. She always greeted my family and I with a smile. She would also give us more fries because I was a kid. Very month they decorate and it is so cute. It is a great family place to go and eat. I love this place since I was a kid and I still do now!

Really delicious fries, decent burgers. Their breakfast is just ok and a bit pricy for the quality, especially the steak and eggs combo. Their hash browns are no good. Also, they don’t allow substitutions. The customer service has been excellent every time I’ve visited. Will come back, but not for breakfast.

My 1 star rating is more for the customer service than the food. The lady at the front counter wasn’t very friendly and she didn’t seem to be happy working there. Anyways this is only the 2nd time I’ve been here. I got the Avocado Bacon Cheeseburger and it wasn’t too bad just a little pricey. If you’re looking for a good Avocado Bacon Cheeseburger I would recommend going to The Burger Stop just down the street. The customer service there is a lot better and you get more bang for your buck there too.

These guys are amazing… The food has always been consistently good. The owners are great people as well. I have been coming here for around 20 years. Nothing is better than the yellow basket breakfast burrito… just the way Fran makes it! Check it out… you will be glad you did

That’s it, game over, after 20+ years of loyalty. This place used to be packed on a Sunday morning, but today maybe six other tables occupied. My food came both grossly overcooked and cold — so cold that the cheese was glossy and un-melted, like plastic. I returned my meal to have them re-make it – 15 mins later, no food. We walked out, no refund. On the way out I told them how disappointed we were, and the counter girl just waved us off with her hand, like it was no big deal — just dismissed us. Understood. It used to be that service was spotty but food was great — now both food and service are horrible. What happened to this once proud family business?

The food was good but not extremely good that makes me want to come here often. They had the best raspberry tea I have had in days overall all the drinks were good. Service was good. We paid like 8 dollars a person.

I love this place I have been coming here since I was a kid back in the 90s. Great service great food and just over all a good Burger joint but the only two things I would ever change would be the fries & the onion rings they changed something about them and add new tvs other than that great burgers at a great price!

They would not honor our gift cards that our company gives us for our birthdays so we had to pay out of pocket. On the bright side i would never eat here without them if it wasnt our lunch was almost over we would have gone else where.

Bad service! Wasn’t greeted at the door, had to get up for my coffee refill and when I went to the restroom I came back my food and coffee were gone. Check out this picture… all employees were standing around not making sure a mistake was made and my food was taken by mistake

My co workers and I came in for lunch a couple weeks ago. I didn’t really know what to order so I ended up getting the Jalapeño burger as a safe option. I asked for extra lettuce but that costs more? whack. The burger looked eh but it was decently tasting. I would’ve rather had In n Out burger though; it costs less and tastes much better.

I’ve heard of this place for forever and somehow hadn’t tried it. I finally had one of their famous breakfast burrito, which we had to send someone to order, wait for it to be made and then bring back to work, because they don’t do phone orders. So sad! Besides that, it was a good decent size, comes with eggs, hashbrowns, and any type of meat. I got no meat. I love hashbrowns in burritos, it all tasted pretty good, but nothing amazing, and nothing stood out.
