Specialties
We make everything from scratch & from sustainable & organic sources whenever we can. Andersens has been making traditional nordic european cuisine for close to 40 years. Andersen’s longevity speaks for itself! The ovenroasted Duck, Schnitzels, Smoked Salmon, Salads, Scandinavian openfaced sandwiches, Halibut specials & our Famous Eggs Benedicts, omlettes, healthy eggwhite no carbs plates, along with all of our traditional Danish pastries & The famous Green marcipan cakes as featured in the Dining & Destinations magazine. We bake with many tons of MARCIPAN a year, which is truly our specialty that we are famous for. The great thing about marcipan is that we have many pastries which are Gluten free! We make live Jazz supper club events along with live music on the weekend evening for dinner. Andersens often has wine pairing events along with fresh specials everyday to provide all of you with a cultural Northern european adventure, a taste of the vikings in santa barbara.
