When Mike opened Mike Richardson, Realtors in 1978, he sought to create a brokerage built on a foundation of integrity, knowledge and experience. Since then, he has helped thousands of individuals buy and sell hundreds of properties throughout Santa Barbara county making his local, family-​owned and operated brokerage a leader in Santa Barbara real estate.

Mike is honored to work with buyers and sellers throughout Santa Barbara, and he is particularly thankful for the support of his neighbors and friends on the Mesa. In his career, Mike has personally facilitated more transactions on the Mesa than any other single realtor to date.
