Relax The Back

My husband and I were in the market to buy a bed, we rarely have time to go shopping together so we thought we’d make a day of it. I did my homework and made a list of places to check out a bed. We were leaning towards a Tumpurpedic because it was so highly recommended by so many. We were told just go check it out they will really impress you. We were told of great sales and the comfort could not be matched. We started our day at Sleep Number but it was very expensive so we wandered into Relax the Back. The store was empty and we told the gentleman working there we were in the market for a bed. He pointed to some beds in the back and said this is what we have. We were never invited to sit on or experience any of the wonderful things we had been told about. We tried everything to engage the sales person but it was not meant to be. We ended up so unimpressed that we chose to return to the first place we shopped for a bed. We figured if we were going to spend $ 9000 we at least wanted some sort of customer service and a sales pitch of some kind. There are other beds other than Tempurpedic that have adjustable frames and mattresses. We will not be back to Relax the back for a bed.
