On a recent visit to Goleta to help out my sister, I found Ignacio on Unilocal and discovered that he lives up to his glowing reviews. Wonderful fast next-​day response, courteous, professional and utterly squared-​away. You just have to look at how tidy his truck is to know this guy is a pure pro who takes pride in great service! We had a small job, but he gave us five-​star treatment at a very reasonable price, and his communication was excellent. I wish we had a hauler like him near us in Nevada…

I called Ignacio this morning to haul away some last minute junk in front of our home before we list it for sale. He called me back quickly and was willing to do the job in the very short time frame I requested. We also came to an agreed upon rate that was fair for both of us given the situation. Not only did Ignacio come within the time frame given, he was very friendly and helpful. He offered up his services for other household stuff and I told him I needed his help with a chirping smoke detector. He was able to immediately identify the issue (which was not actually the smoke detector) and saved us a lot of money. Without charging us extra. He was unbelievably professional and nice. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat.

Igancio is very pleasant & professional. He arrived on time and after surveying the debris to be removed gave a quote which I agreed to and he & his helper Frank got to work immediately. Because our house is on a hillside it required each of then to make multiple trips uphill with heavy loads. Within 2 hrs they completed the job! I’m completely satisfied with the result.

Punctual, kind, polite, efficient, well-​mannered. Don’t bother calling anybody else, you’ll be completely satisfied with Ignacio. Moved my bulky old treadmill out of the house and had it hauled away in 5 minutes. He was very kind to my 90 year-​old mother and even offered to come back to help her with whatever she needed. Rest assured, Ignacio is the one to call. (He even texts!)

I had several beams leftover from a demo project, some old appliances, and tons of moving boxes.
Called Ignacio late in the evening & left a VM. He called back the next morning, made an appointment, and later showed up on time with his truck. We agreed on a price after he assessed the job. The price seemed fair to me, however I have no prior experience with trash removal. 30 minutes later all the junk was in the back of his vehicle. The husband and wife team also swept up all leftover debris.

Ignacio is so professional, fast, and equipped with a big truck for moving large items. He came out to my house the same day I called to assess the job at hand and provide a quote for removing a dilapidated 14 year old hot tub that had been an eye sore in my back yard for years. Days later, Ignacio and his partner removed the monstrosity by themselves and completely cleaned the area of debris and trash after the hot tub was removed. I was so impressed and so thankful to have the hideous beast removed from my life forever, and all for a very fair price. I feel like I have a new yard and I’m very thankful for Ignacio’s hard work and professionalism.

Ignacio and his wife were everything you’d want in trash removal. Ignacio showed up within 15 minutes of my first call to see my trash heap and give me a quote. He was by far the cheapest, and could come exactly when I needed him (which was a huge help, because I was on a very tight time schedule to clean up and move out of town).
When the two arrived to days later (right on time!), my trash heap had grown considerably. This is where I’m sure another trash removal company would have seen $$ in their eyes. However, Ignacio was really friendly about it. We very quickly agreed on a new price, which I thought was totally fair. 45 minutes later — POOF! — it was all gone. As if nothing had ever been there.
Final point: even when the job was complete and I’d already paid, I realized I needed a busted pingpong table hiding in the back of my hard removed. Ignacio’s truck was already pretty full, so I didn’t think he could get it. First he offered to come by later if he had a partially full truck. Then, after I though he’d left, he came back into my yard and said, «Do you mind helping my wife lift up the pingpong table? If so, I think we can get it now.» He climbed on top on the trash heap in his truck, rearranged space for the two ends of the pingpong table, and then took it right then an there for no extra charge!
Bottom line: moving out of places sucks, and trash removal is annoying. Other companies are shady about pricing, and want you to fit their schedules. Same Day Hauling is different. Their pricing is fair and upfront. They are friendly and responsive. And best of all, they make your trash heap disappear!
