History

Established in 2011.

I bought the Laundromat after the first owner left the machines in disrepair and unpaid utility bills. I couldn’t afford advertising, but word got around that the «a new owner» was at the helm. I personally ejected the kids, drug-​dealers and gang members. I told everyone who would listen that my goal was to replace a little equipment every year and to eventually offer the cleanest, state-​of-​the-​art laundry this entire COUNTRY had ever seen. That was 3 years ago. All equipment has been replaced as the laundry could afford it.

I have served as the Controller for a number of corporations and as a Senior Investment Accountant for a premier Real Estate Developer. In addition to positions in the executive suite, I have served on the frontlines of project execution for firms in the DOD, Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry; I have performed as the Senior Project Controller and most notably as the Director of Cost Engineer for a multi-​billion dollar airport expansion program. For the State of California, he oversaw budgeting within a number of state departments as an Auditor/​Budget Analyst.
