Sprint Store

Never actually stepped foot in this store but I had a fraudulent account opened in my name– after coordinating with Sprint for over a month, they flagged the account as fraud… The person went into this location and all though they clearly weren’t me the staff discussed with her specifics in regards to the account and modifications that can be made. For this reason alone I’ll be writing to corporate, yuck!

5 stars for today when I went into the store and got a new phone with Eli. 1 – 3 stars every other time I have been there. So lets just say 4 overall. But Eli was the man, he helped me out beyond what seemed necessary and helped me get a new phone for the best possible price, even though he seemed new he got everything done better than expected. Thanks man!

This store never answers the phone forcing me to go into the store which is such an inconvenience. The manager was supposed to get something done for me but unfortunately he always happens to be on some conference call. I love it when I go in and I left waiting for an hour only to be told they can’t help me and I have to call customer service… THANK YOU JAVIER!!! The only thing you guys do right is messing up accounts and have the customers figure it out!

Leave it up to sprint to mess up yet again… Bad coverage, no perks for long term sprint customers, trying to talk to customer service and lastly the illiterate uneducated salesmen that misrepresent the brand. I guess they’ll hire any fool who’s thinking process matches that of their data speed. I would love to thank the useless manager for putting all of his effort in hiding from the customer. They’ll help you with excellent customer service making it seem too good to be true but when you leave that door good luck trying to get helped unless you want to buy something. I never realized sprint would allow their employees to slam customers, but hey snakes will be snakes. Do yourself a favor and read up on policies, promotions, and procedures they will sneak everything they can and have you feeling great about your purchase but little did you realize that you got F***ED over. I had to go to a different sprint store to get my issue taken care of; furthermore, I was thrown under a plan that was not part of current corporate sprint’s line up. Oh and lastly those items you got for free think again these guys work every angle… Take your business elsewhere.

Great and helpful service! Illiety was the one that helped me. She helped me pick the right phone and for a great price. She threw in a tablet for a reasonable price as well. It might’ve taken us a couple hours, but everything was exceptional in the end. Thanks Illy

Staff is patient and helpful. Far more knowledgeable about Sprint products than Radio Shack, who wanted to charge about twice as much for an equivalent plan.
My first bill from corporate Sprint was totally screwed up, $ 405 instead of $ 135; but salesman Eli was very good about getting it straightened out.
One minor complaint: when I returned a tablet, package unopened, within 10 days, the store said I had to pay a $ 75 restocking fee, even though the Sprint web page says explicitly that you don’t. But the store did allow me to take $ 75 worth of merchandise for no charge, so it all worked out in the end.

My girlfriend decided to start up a Sprint phone line. The Sprint store in our city is AWFUL (Santa Maria, a third party) so we drove over an hour to the Santa Barbara store. Last week, Leo was very helpful. However, the day after we got the iPhone 6s Plus, it started having problems. So we decided to go back down to Santa Barbara to get a new phone (it was under the 14 day return policy). Emanuel «helped» us by telling us that they had no more in stock. Being annoyed, we called Oxnard. They checked inventory and said they had some. It was a mess. Basically, we got so irritated that we left and drove another 45 minutes away from home because the people at Sprint Santa Barbara can’t do their damn jobs. This was awful service.

I have been a customer with sprint for years and this place just refused to give me a 6s plus claiming there was none in the store. The workers are not very helpful at all.

We don’t usually expect much from our Sprint stores — and we have been to many with spotty service, BUT THIS ONE ROCKS — ESPECIALLY BECAUSE OF RYAN! Competent — YES. Courteous — YES. Customer-​centric — YES! He replaced my husband’s phone’s defective charge port FOR NOTHING in conjunction with a battery replacement — while he waited — in 10 minutes. Listen up Sprint — that employee is a KEEPER — promote him to management!

Marco was a huge help in getting a new phone set up for me. This was a much better experience than the Goleta store with which I’d tried to do my business previously.

Make an appt even if they tell you it won’t be needed.

Service is always excellent! I’ve been a customer for over a decade, & even back in my blackberry bold days these guys knew how to treat their customers. Always helpful & courteous… always.

Alongside the nightmare that is commonly known as Sprint’s coverage is this specific Sprint store. Upon entering this location I announced I was a Sprint customer to be, all the staff were overly kind and helpful while setting me up with my Galaxy S2. When I came back in the following week to ask them why i had been unable to use the most archaic of internet functions they acted as if they had forgotten who i was. Delving deep into their archives of customer service the staff conjured up the trouble shooting genius that came to fruition as a suggestion that I turn my phone off and then back on. Needless to say, Sprint really emphasized the ‘con’ in my contract, bringing my overwhelming disappointment full circle. The immense dissatisfaction brought to me by the faint Sprint airwave vastly overshadows anything that resembles data connectivity. Long after the inevitable demise of the worlds sorriest cellular provider the tales of suck that radiated from this specific location will live on. The only satisfaction comes to me in the small clause of my contract that promises a discontinuation of service free of fees upon the all too familiar event that there isn’t service in my area. Farwell State street sprint store, I would offer this as a departing note but as it is being sent from my phone the doubts of it reaching you are ever too imminent.

Fastest Sprint store ever. I may drive from LA every time from now on.

Now what can I say bad for this particular Sprint Store? Well with great management, helpful staff, clean store, and great selection… I don’t find a negative thing to say. Adrian who has been an outstanding, professional, and who is always willing to go far and beyond to make sure the customer leaves anything but dissappointed or unsatisfied. I appreciate that, for the years of loyalty to Sprint I have had the pleasure of being a client during the years of service with this carrier…

Walked in with nothing to do with Sprint and walked out in 15 min fully set up with a new EVO. No hassle or pressure. Can’t beat that
