History

Established in 2012.

My decision to form this business was mainly due to frustration with insurance and the current models of physical therapy practice. As such, my practice is solely cash based and I spend one hour with each patient. In this model, I see improved clinical outcomes with my patients and results that are achieved more rapidly than in the traditional insurance-based model of care.

I completed my doctorate in physical therapy (DPT) at Chapman University and bachelor’s degree in health & human performance at Montana State University. Currently, I am completing my D.Sc. in Rehabilitation Science at Texas Tech University and teach full-time in Westmont College’s Kinesiology Department.

I specialize in orthopedic manual ‘hands-on’ therapy and therapeutic exercise prescription. I am board-certified in orthopaedic physical therapy (OCS)and certified as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
