Very bad service. Ordered food for a company meeting and they were 45 minutes late. Once they arrived they ignored me once when i was trying to ask them if they were done with my order. Bad Service. Very unprofessional.

Disaster moving in the form of truck !! Am usually neutral to food reviews, but I also believe that when the food is mediocre, the service needs to be at its prime best. This place lacked both. 10 mins to take my order, with 2 people ahead of me. 20 mins to make my Veggie Bento Box, which practically was steamed rice, some cabbage and 1 boiled egg… and of course salad to fill the box(I could still see gaps …) SAD !!! Please get ur acts together guys, watch Food Truck war in «Food Network», its not sooper hard to manage with 2 people on duty …

Service is so slow for a food truck. They have a «now hiring» sign and they really need it. Alishan rolled in our office complex today(we have different food trucks that come everyday). Recently we’ve been having two food trucks come by, so my colleagues went to the other and I decided to stand in line for Alishan. There were only 5 people in front of me and by the time I was ready to pay for my milk tea, my colleagues at the other food truck had already paid, received their food and was waiting on me(roughly 20 min total wait time). It took an additional 10 minutes for my milk tea. I should have just drove to tapex in Mountain View…

Waited about an hour for the food, and paid 10 dollars for what could be considered an appetizer. Not satisfied at all… The beef tasted decent, but the portion I was served was equivalent to one tablespoon. :(

I feel bad for this because the lady working was very nice… but anyway, perhaps they will pay heed and get better. Not too many reviews so they do have time: Our work gets a different truck each day for work. Today was this truck. I arrived with 3 other people, the first and only people out there for a while. 1. took ~5−10min to take my order despite being the only person standing there 2. then took ~15−20min to make my food 3. got pepper beef and something chicken for $ 10, and then plum drink for $ 3. so… how good is the food for $ 10… 4. there was about one tablespoon of beef. yes, seriously. that’s how much. there was a whole egg next to it. it was less than the volume of the egg. beef tasted good and was flavorful. 5. there was about 2x as much chicken. but still a tiny amount. the chicken(stewed it looks like) itself was somewhat salty and was dry. way over cooked i believe. 6. came with an egg, white rice, soup, and salad. 7. egg… was an egg. straight up hard boiled. not soy sauce. not tea egg. just a boiled egg. 8. soup was really good – bean curd with seaweed. very flavorful. 9. juice is alright. not the way that it’s tradionally presented with the salty plum inside. just straight up juice. so… though the beef and soup themselves were pretty good, the soup being superb, the price is ridiculous for what you get. and the wait is unexcusable. this was my lunch break and i would have gotten food faster if i drove somewhere. …sorry, this is a 1⁄5. to the truck owners: you have work to do. #truck #chinese

Ordered beef and chicken bento at 12:34, everyone after me was told they were running out of chicken. Seems as though the main order taker needs to explain every order to everyone between orders, which is time consuming when there is possibly a line. Their pickup window is blocked on other side by large juice so guy has to leave truck to give you the order. Received order around 12:40. They are only open until 130.

I visited this truck 29 days after the first reviewer(Shiva S.) and they still don’t have their act together. The food took 35 minutes to arrive after ordering. Also, they have raised their price $ 1 for each of their lunch menu items. I ordered a peppered beef and basil chicken bento($ 10). It came white rice with teriyaki sauce, a teaspoon of potato salad(why?), mixed green salad, and seaweed soup. The beef was overcooked and tough. The chicken was just overcooked. The beef and chicken flavoring was okay, not offensive. The mixed green salad was partly wilted, probably due to being next to the hot foods. The seaweed soup helped get the taste out of my mouth. Wow. This is one of the worst food trucks I have gotten food from.

Supposed to open at 11:30, but slow to setup and didn’t begin taking orders until 12pm. Lunch menu has 4 item combinations: — Basil chicken — Taiwanese sausage(beef) — Beef — Beef and sausage combo. $ 8.99 for the bento and $ 13 for ‘premium’. Bento is supposed to include a soup but we were told that it wasn’t ready and that we’d be given something else instead. Premium is a bento + dessert and drink. Seems very new and inexperienced. Will update in the future if there’s any improvements.
