History

Established in 2013.

Finishing First RRC was established and incorporated in 2013 to answer a persistent and overwhelming demand for industrial finishing services from a variety of major manufacturers and job shops as a result of the closure of a long time Santa Clara finishing facility at the end of that year.

Since then, Finishing First has been successful in facilitating the continuation of major projects important to the valley’s economy, while developing new relationships due to the growth in the fields of electronics, telecommunications, the medical and consumer industries, as well as the needs of our military in Northern and Central California.

Business Owner

In the past 40 years, Raul has worked and raised his family in the Santa Clara area, and seen his four children through the college years, and happily, the birth of 4 grandchildren.

Throughout those years, he has worked in the finishing industry, beginning in the paint preparation department, then on to paint application with experience in mixing and troubleshooting, management of a staff of 50, and finally to ownership of Finishing First.

His friendly and even-​tempered attitude has earned him a reputation as a superior and effective manager to many in the industry, who now have joined him to form a formidable and highly experienced staff at Finishing First.
